Flaming/Flame Wars
Flaming is reacting to someone's board posting or PM in a hostile manner by publicly chastising the person or bombarding the person with nasty posts or PM's. Flaming may occur to users that engage in behavior that violates what is considered proper board netiquette. A flame war occurs when two or more users flame each other in an escalating manner that threatens to continue unabated. If you notice a flame war developing just notify the moderator or adminitrator and let them handle it. Do not take part in flame wars. If you do you will be banned even if you did not start it :-)

I orderd from Healthychoice pharmacy April 12th and received emailed confirmayion 14th of April well it is over 28 days and never received my order I emailed Last week and he said to let him know this week if I received order and I did and now he is not responding to my emails?? It says on there site they guarantee shippment and after 28 days they will re-shipp and please don"t do a charge back becouse they will reshipp and guarantee you will get your order.. I never did a charge back before , I read some where after 30 days you can"t do a charge back?? and if I can still do one how do I go about it ????Has this ever happened to any one with this OP?? what should I do now ???It is so frustating thay I keep on emailing and they wont all of a sudden reply??? Please any help will be very much appreciated...Thank you Rusty

Their cs is very good. They're extremely amenable to re-crediting your account if the order doesn't arrive in 30 days. Also don't be surprised if a Customs letter follows soon after. From my understanding that warning is to prevent customers from autonomously going through their credit card companies.
Recommend that you write a very clear, professional-sounding letter, stating that you don't want re-shipment (it will probably just get seized again) and would appreciate the credit. Since it's a middleman company, they distribute the orders and don't know that it's going from Lahore to JFK It helps to tell them that had you known that was the route, you wouldn't have ordered. Hope this helps.
I replied to your other post, but incase you did't read it ; first thank you for the help and "Derek" from Healthychoice Pharmacy just emailed me saying that his email out going mail was not working and it is fixed now, and he is re-shipping my order I"ll Let you know if I receive this one thank you. Thanks for the follow-up. Did see the reply from other thread and good to hear that they're communicating and your re-shipment is on the way. Just remembered that I had emailed them a question regarding having it sent another route. They don't have control over that, so it can be risky using a company so that does not have that kind of information. Middlemen companies aren't the best IMO. keep us posted.
