60 mgs of codeine + wax that makes it time-release.
Chew for full effect w/ fewer stomach disturbances.

If your referring to what is used for a binder. It is normally APAP or some other Best if kept off the board filler. I doubt if it is pure codeine. That is something you will have to ask the manufacturer.

If you're curious, manufacturer's insert lists all ingredients along with indications, contraindications, dosage, and warnings. Perduretas does not include APAP, ibuprofen, or any other nasty amongst its components. Just inactive food/pharmaceutical-grade binders and codeine. As stated above, the tabs are chewables.

Definitely not. According to most narcotic dosage conversion charts, 10 mg. of hydrocodone is equal to approximately 100 mg. of codeine. Each perdureta tab contains 50 mg. of time-released codeine so to get the analgesic effect of one 10 mg. hydro tab, one would have to completely disable the time-release properties (by chewing completely) of 2 perduretas. Additionally, many people find that the more APAP that a hydro combo contains, the stronger the effect...as perduretas do not contain any APAP you won't feel any of the pain-relieving "boost" that APAP normally gives.

The last time I got them, the package insert was written in Spanish. I guess it was pharm24cc that I got them from. I found a blister pack the other day in my car, along with some unexpired contugesic. Not a good idea to leave that around, good thing my area doesn't get too warm....
