Hello,
I am really curious about the relative strengths of these two meds, but I haven't heard anything definitive about it. I would greatly appreciate anyone's input, especially comparing it to one or all of the usual pain relievers here like Codeine, DHC, Hydro, Oxy, Morph, etc.

Nubain (nabulfina) 10Mg = 10 MG morph. But respritory depressive effects are celing at 30MG. It is also an antagonist (i.e. withdraw if you are opiate dependant) It will block the action of other opiates (morph hydro) I would like to know if it has the same problem as morph with oral intake (i.e. 75% cleared out by liver BEFORE bloodstream)
Bupnorphine 6-8 mg = 10 MG morphine (not sure if theis is IV IM(temesic) or oral(subling))
This si a GOOD painkiller for legitimate crisis pain as it is only effective for 2-3 days and then stops working. Only approved use in the US (since 2002) is for opiate withdrawl.
