GP s are not very sympathetic to peoples needs.
I have insomnia which i have had since i was eight years old
our house was ...how can i put it... infected is probably a good way to explain..infected with poltergeist activity.
Ever since then i have had terrible problems, it affected all of us.
I have seen physchiatrists and have had counseling but they never gave me any thing that could really work for any length of time.
I was on temazepam but they stopped the scripts saying that the reason i couldn't have any more was because i would get addicted .
Then zopiclone which worked amazingly well but they stopped that too. I am begining to wonder if i'll have to spend forever half awake and half asleep!!!
I find it hard to pin down a job because at the time my alarm goes to wake me up i'm just nodding off!
It is really getting me down and when i mention this the Gps will willingly palm me off with harmfull antidepressants!
Thank goodness for this site i don't feel like such a sleepless freak because there are millions like me!

I rarely experience any thing any more ( thank goodness)
I'm just left with this insomnia.
I did have one bad experience two years ago but it wasn't any thing to do with me, my boyfriend and i stayed in a pub called the Red Lion in avebury wiltshire uk it is known to be haunted there have been lots of tv programmes documenting the history ghosts etc apparently a camera man was scratched on his neck!!
We actually filmed orbs with our video camera!
avebury is beautifull and has a stone henge (not glastonbury) if you ever come to the uk you must visit
You probably think im a right lunatic now!
