They want you to show that you have physically seen a doctor in the past for your medical complaint and that the doctor documented in your records. I would assume this is to make sure you aren't just making up a fake complaint to obtain drugs.
This is actually my first post, although I have been using drugbuyers and OP's for years. So, hello to all.
It is so that you have proof of your complaint and that you are not lying about your condition. Though many, hopefully most of us are truthfully legitimate pain patients here, many addicts will do anything within their power including lying, (yes it's true!!! ) in order to obtain the meds that they want.

I think it may have something to do with their wanting to protect themselves from problems with LE as well, that's why most companies who require no records are out of business.
