Worried!! I received a registered letter!

I recived a notice in my mailbox to go to my nearest USPS.
It's a registered letter and the sender is from Spain!
I haven't ordered anything from that region of the world in over 3 months. Should I be concerned? Anyone else have this happen to them? Thanks in advance, Moby:)
P.S. All my shipments from overseas have always arrived.

Just kidding ya. Could it possibly be something that one site thought they shorted you on something? Or maybe they are sending a gift or trial of some sorts. One way to find out. But since it's registered, it should be ok and I wouldn't be worried.

maybe they are just trying to contact you about re order, sounds lame but a letter from spain i would not be worried, its not like the dea sent you a love letter. go pick it up dont be afraid and share with us what it is

Do you ever order from pharma24? If so, maybe their computer burped and you're getting free stuff. I doubt a registered letter from Spain will be bad news. If the feds or anyone wanted to "get you" they wouldn't send a registered letter. After all, whoever sent the letter obviously has you address so you may as well go see what it is.

Well, I went to the post office and got the letter. I got a little concerned, because the guy was gone to get my letter for over 15 minutes!! I tried to remain calm through the ordeal though. He came back with the letter and told me that some one at the post office had put it in the wrong file.:( I'll read you the letter. No no freebie meds:(

I've never ever ordered from this place, because they are blacklisted here and constantly spam my email box weekly!!
The only foreign IOP's that I've used were: 1000med.com, Ultimatepharma.com, and Alanpharma.com. The latter always sent my shipment via registered mail! I think they may be one in the same.
Sure wished I had gotten some freebies. Would have made the wait that much more worth it!!
