I have now received all 3 parts of my order. The Levothyroxine & Lorazepam shipped together from Europe on Feb 18 and arrived on Feb 24. The Levothyroxine is approx. the strength which I am used to (from several sources). However the 1 mg Lorazepam (it says Lorivan, DEXXON, Armedica on the foil) was VERY weak. I don't have a significant tolerance, taking none - 1 mg/day.
Next I received the Amitriptyline from India. It had shipped on Feb 23 (?) and arrived on March 6. The website lists:
Amitriptyline (Generic of Elavil) 100 tablets (25 mg) $11.25
Elavil 100 tablets (25 mg) $11.25
I ordered the latter expecting to receive a brand product. I received a product that is ELIWEL brand and manufactured in India by Sun Pharmaceutical. These were also quite weak. I had been taking some made in Australia which were of expected strength and tried the Indian ones for several days. Then I switched back to some from a local pharm to confirm they match the strength of the Austr. ones. I take this product for sleep and at the correct 25 mg dose I get an odd dryness in my throat within an hour and I sleep without waking early. The Indian product did not do either of these things altho taking 2 tablets it was closer to normal. I know they can't be in India to check on everything daily...
Lastly the genuine Stilnox arrived from Europe today, Mar 10, it had shipped on Mar 4.
I got off to a rocky start with these guys. But I do realize and aknowledge they have worked to correct their problems. If nothing else, an IOP with *real people* behind it is nice for a change. None of the products I ordered were terribly expensive so having to take two or three, instead of one, isn't the end of the world.
Anyways, the quality issue is already known with the benzos. Since Amitriptyline probably isn't one of the big sellers it is quite possible the quality issue wasn't known yet. If and when there is evidence these products are better quality I would consider ordering them again and expect to be using this company again.

I 'finally' received a reply back concerning my refund. My order total was 97.90, mypaysystems sent me am email saying the total refund will 77.90, so I emailed them back asking why the $20 less. Here's their reply:

Based on what I have on file, I believe the merchant may be witholding the
20$ shipping fees.

So that's how you treat anyone who wants a refund from you guys when you fail to come through? 
NOTHING was shipped and NOTHING was ever received, Matt even told me that so why holding back $20. Sounds to me like that is done out of pure spite and because you got upset with me not caring to listen to anymore of your excuses.
And Chris, you kept emailing me saying bs like 'this conversation is over, no need for further replies". Yet you still kept emailing me and again saying that same bs. It was like you demanding to get in the last childish word. So now you want to play games and try and take money from me.
I won't a FULL refund bud. I want to wash my hands of you and be fully done. I already feel dirty putting up with your petty out-of-the-blue lawyer threats. Intimidation has ZERO effect on me pal. It may work to keep some here from complaining on you, but not me.
Have a nice day  But give me all my money back.

EAH, I ordered the 1mg lorazepam but after 2 months, I received the 2.5mg b/c of supply problems. These pills are so weak, I feel nothing and I have a low tolerance for benzos. I sent 2 PMs to ourrx4less telling them how weak these meds are and was told that I was the only one to complain of the potency when I've read on other posts that others are saying the same----they are weak. I received the 2.5mg lorazepam (Zarko pharma). Ourrx4less said they would send a different batch (hopefully potent). If the reason they were so cheap was because they are so weak, I would not have bought them!! Wasted money.

EAH, Believe me the last thing I want to do is defend this rude (not Matthew he is great) IOP, but I received the ELAVIL and to me it was the same as what i get her in the US, I actually have a script for this med, but it is cheaper from them. ANyways, I have alwasy experienced the dry mouth from this med, my dr said it is normal. The only thing i noticed is I don't seem to sleep as long as usual, but that may due to the hydro my doc has me on. Again, I think this IOP is rude and I believe he lies alot, but his meds were Ok.

I've said it before - but the countries these guys have to ship from are atrocious. They don't even have electricity half the time, let alone a postal service. It is beyond OP4L's control what happens once they mail your meds. This is not like buying from JC Whitney, and you should not expect it to be. For christs sake, try and be a little understanding and not jump in to do a chargeback! I have first hand experience iver many years of dealing to and from these countries - they are slow, and often unreliable. if the mail man was overloaded that day, your package will be put right back in the "out" tray, and probably at the bottom. Use your common sense, have patience, and just see what happens - you may be pleasantly surprised.

I really figured *how can you screw up amitriptylne?*. The product you received, was it the *ELIWEL* brand from Sun Pharm. as I got? Since placing the order (a long time ago) I think I read somewhere that whoever makes the true *Elavil* brand has stopped producing it, not worth the money I guess. I've just been taking two... my throat still isn't as dry as I am accustom to but I do sleep properly. Yeah, I have a script too, but only refill when I can't get something cheaper.

If people have a prescription they should let us know. We can ship from Europe to the United States with a copy of that prescription for no more than a 90 day supply at a time.
A short email to me will help get things rolling.
