Ive noticed all the US pharmacies I've seen have begun saying they won't ship to VA or NV anymore. Have these states passed some sort of new laws?

You know that is a good ? i have wondered that myself although i didn't notice VA on that. But just a personal note about VA (only been thru NV once in my life) i live very close to va and hate to even drive thru that state they are awful my husband told me once they drove thru that state in a car not liences in that state and they got pulled for too dark tent on the windows and were threated they were going to impound the car and told them they had better never bring that car back into va again and got a ticket in the end. Believe me not a state you want to visit from out of state.

is anyone here from the city? casue i was and moved to the country and seems to me the rural areas have so much more of a hangoup with painkillers than the city does. seems the cities have more to focus on then people using or obtaining narcotics for chronic pain. here in this rural area seems that is all they think about! cops should have no business with your perscription bottles, they should go fight some real crime. i would love to see the cops here in this town be put in NYC for a day just to see what its really like! karib

Yeah that is my problem too small rural area the closet town and not even a large one is 45 mintes from me and that is all these cops here think of too heck in my legal ordeal the other day the dumb cop got so excited when he found my prescription meds he didn't even search my car after he searched my purse and found my bottles for all he knew i could have had the trunk full of ak47's and a 1000 lbs. of coke in the trunk or stuffed up under my seat because after he looked in my purse and found my bottles he looked in the clove compartment and never even looked under the seats or anything else. Heck he was so tore up thinking he hit the jackpot with my prescription bottles he didn't even look in an aleve bottle i carry all my over the counter stuff in like generic zantac, dramimine, aleve, and the 357 caffiene pills and when he got me to the jail after he searched my purse already twice they were searching it again at the jail and when the jailer poured out the aleve bottle they thought they had caught me with some illegal substances i explained what everything was but of course they wanted to test them too but the cop was a little embrassed he had missed it.But i said that too i would like to see this little city cops deal with big city drug problems like herion or crack then maybe they would see it's not right to harass people for ligitimate pain med's.

Nevada has specific laws regulating what/whom/when a Nevada state resident may use internet pharmacy services.
If I recall the patient/doctor relationship is well defined. The penalities are harsh.

I lived in a small southwest VA mountian town, and had the same problem.
funny thing is, that is where all of the reports have oxy started -legally and illegally abused. the small hard mountian towns were the first ones to get it and it was pushed to all of the people doing the hard labor work.
So perhaps that is all coming back now on them...
??? All it takes is some bs in the papers to start some rumors and make those smalltown cops even more suspicous of everything!
