new medical records = new consult?

hey there folks
i have new medical records detailing a problem with my hand. but i have 2 refills left with NWW detailing an ongoing problem with my back that i do not have recent records for..could i fax my new ones in without getting a new consult or am I SOL and this would require a new consult.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I had an MRI in September and obtained a copy of the report which I forwarded to the OP I was dealing with at that time. I put on the fax cover sheet that it was to be included in my medical records. Thereafter, I submitted it as part of my medical records along with the other accumulated records.
