MedicationsForYou.com reserves the right to add or delete products at any time.

2. Orders and Processing

MedicationsForYou.com will process orders received at its website from customers who have followed links from your site. MedicationsForYou.com shall be responsible for the processing of all orders, shipping processing of payment and customer service. We will track the volume and amount of sales generated by your site and will make unaudited reports, summarizing this sales activity, available to you through our site. The form, content, and frequency of the reports may vary from time to time in our discretion. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and fee accrual, you must ensure that the Links between your site and our site are properly formatted.

3. Compensation

As compensation for services rendered by affiliate during the initial term, MedicationsForYou.com shall pay to affiliate $40(USD) per new Viagra order, plus $15(USD) for each Viagra refill. In addition, MedicationsForYou.com shall pay to affiliate $7(USD) per new order, plus $3.5(USD) for each refill for all other products.

For example, suppose you generated 20 new Viagra orders at $40(approved sales). Your compensation will be $800.

All compensation will be paid to affiliate by the 5th day of the following month for the previous month. Any sales paid to the affiliate that are later returned by the customer, payment shall be deducted from next month's payment. If there is no payment, the affiliate will be billed.

4. Tracking of Sales

The affiliate shall be responsible for properly formatting all links. The affiliate understands that if the links to our site are not properly formatted, then referrals may not be tracked accurately. MedicationsForYou.com will assign you a URL which will provide a statement of product sales activity. For further information on tracking your statistics click on the 'affiliates' button on the left of the home page and login.

5. Policies

MedicationsForYou.com policy applies to all orders: Every customer who buys a product through this program is deemed to be a customer of MedicationsForYou.com. The Participant does not have the authority to make or accept any offer on behalf of MedicationsForYou.com. All MedicationsForYou.com policies regarding customer orders, including product availability, pricing and problem resolution, will apply to these customers. MedicationsForYou.com is not responsible for any representations made by the Participant which contradict our policies.

No SPAM: SPAM (in any way, shape or form, including email and newsgroup spamming) will result in immediate account termination. All referral fees owed up to termination date will be paid. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING.

6. Pricing and availability

Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. In case of any price discrepancies, the price charged to the customer will always be the price listed on MedicationsForYou.com webpage linked from your sponsoring website. We cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular Product.

7. Copyright and Trademark Infringement

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your reviews, product descriptions and articles (if applicable at your site) obey all applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. MedicationsForYou.com will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or trademarked material in violation of the law.

8. Term of the Agreements

The affiliate may receive compensation on qualifying orders that are placed during the term of the agreement. This term will begin on the date that your application is approved by MedicationsForYou.com and shall end by either party. Compensation earned through the date of expiration or cancellation of this agreement will remain payable only if the product are not returned or cancelled. Compensation of the final payment to the affiliate may be withheld for 15 days to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

9. Modification of Agreement

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.

10. Relation of Parties

Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, it is understood and agreed that the affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of MedicationsForYou.com and shall have no right or authorization, express or implied, to act for, incur, assume or create any obligation, responsibility or liability on behalf of MedicationsForYou.com, or make any representations or warranties concerning MedicationsForYou.com or the services in the name of or on behalf of MedicationsForYou.com, or bind MedicationsForYou.com in any manner whatsoever, other than as specifically approved by MedicationsForYou.com.

11. Termination

Without Cause. After the initial term hereof, either party may terminate this Agreement without cause at any time, by providing the other party with fifteen(15) days' written notice of its intent to terminate. Such termination shall be effective as of the last day of the notice period. In the event of such termination, the Affiliate shall be entitled to receive any compensation earned pursuant up to the termination date.

12. Limitation of Liability

MedicationsForYou.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential punitive or multiple damages, including without limitation any damages resulting from loss of use, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising in connection with this Agreement or MedicationsForYou.com's performance of services or of any other obligations relating to the Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the cause of action under which such damages are sought.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Product or other items sold through MedicationsForYou.com (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

14. Intent to be Bound

You hereby represent and warrant to us that this Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; and that the execution, delivery and performance by you of this Agreement are within your legal capacity and power; have been duly authorized by all requisite action on your part; require the approval or consent of no other persons; and neither violate nor constitute a default under the (i) provision of any law, rule, regulation, order, judgement or decree to which you are subject or which is binding upon you, or (ii) the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable to you or binding upon you.

15. Indemnification

Each party hereby indemnifies the other in connection with any claim, damage or loss sustained by the indemnified party as a result of the dishonesty, willful misconduct or gross negligence of the indemnifying party's employees, agents or representatives in the performance of their respective obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
