Rescue call

A 20-year-old man was taken to Burlington Memorial Hospital Feb. 21 after being found unresponsive but breathing at a home in the 200 block of Washington St. The man may have overdosed on Oxycontin

J/S online
I found these articles on the internet.

It is these article that are causing the hype towards OP's> when the news refers to buying online it is from these cases that causeit. I looked again on the internet (I had some spare time to reserch today)
I also looked at OP's that claim to sell oxycontin. when you go to there site from altavista it syas nothing about buying oxy. the do on some sites give info on oxycontin impling that they are selling it but it is not true. in fact one site that on altavist claimed to sell oxyicontin redirectied me to buymeds???
I wish the media would get there facts stright

I hear ya--they are too lazy to do any real research though.

No explanation of how that conclusion was reached; just "may have"; isn't that speculation and subjective journalism?

Anytime you chew or snort pills you can expect anything good to come out of it. Its not oxycontins fault that some idiot decided to snort it or take 15 at once.

However I will say this, Oxycontin is some crazy stuff. I think for people with severe chronic pain its a great drug, however for anyone that has just moderate pain or just is looking for a good time it can be very dangerous.

Why? Because it makes you feel SOOOOOO freaking good. Oxycontin makes you feel too good. I fortunatly got off it about 2 years ago, and out of any drug I ever did in my life, Oxy's were the best.

If you research the reality of Oxy, what happened was when it came out the drug company's MADE the doctors over perscribe it. This drug is the closest thing to Herion out there and doctors were giving it out freely and any person who takes it and feels as good as it made me feel would want to take it again and again, its just natural.

Anyway, it was as if the drug company released a legal for of crack to the public, and that is what caused the prolblems.

With that being said, the sad part is that people that really need it have a hard time getting it which is sad.

Im not an oxy basher, I think with anything you have to use moderation and the only fault I find in oxy is that the drug maker wanted to make money and it caused alot of problems.

Oxycontin is a time release form of oxycodone.....sort of like a time delay percocet. If you chew it you release all of the drug at once I think.
