Can anyone tell me about the COD option with Southwest Medical group? I had used them a while back and still have one refill, but I wanted to pay with COD instead of my credit card since I lost the darned thing and had to cancel.
It says that I must fax a copy of the $15 prescription fee along with a tracking #? Does that mean I have to send a separate money order for the fee by overnight? Why can't I just include it with my prescription cost? If someone has info on this, I would much appreciate it!

P.S. I'm not out of meds yet, but I've had to share with my hubbie because he has a kidney stone and they sent him home with only 15 vicodin. Grrrr! Can you believe that?
I ahve used SWMG and I really like them. Although they do stick some bogus $15 fees on each refill and consult, they have always been there to answer any questions and always deilvered on time. I would suggest just to call them. U have never had a hard time getting though on the phone. I have never used COD so I am sorry I can help you with that, but I know if you call them they will be more than happy to help.
