Besides XMAS/holiday time, does United ever fill before 23 days? THANKS ahead of time!

My experience with them has been no they will not fill early. In fact, day one of 23 days begins the first day after the day on your bottle. Ex: bottles says 2/26 you start counting 2/27 as day one. I just called last week to confirm this but I have decided to go with NWW. Hope this helps.

Do a search on United. I could be wrong - but I think I remember a thread before the holidays where United was filling a couple of days early.

every 22 or 23rd day. For instance here are some actual
fill/refill dates from my experience (recent): 1. refill:
1-21-04; next refill: 2-13-04. Great pharmacy. A provider also for one of the best U.S. OP's IMO. That is, FedxMeds. I remember it hasn't been that long since the Manager came in and posted the change so that we can get our meds as early as is humanly possible. So it seems to me.
The answer to the original posters questions: yes.

The answer is both yes AND no. At 23 days United has the shortest refill wait in the business, but as a rule, they won't refill early. Of course, every rule has an exception. If your original script was filled on the 1st of the month, you'll be able to order a refill 23 days later on the 24th. The exception being that if the 24th happens to fall on a Sunday, United will fill and ship your script a day early on Saturday (at an additional cost of $10) so you can have it on Monday. Now because they filled it a day early, your second refill will be available a day sooner, but you won't get the first refill sooner than usual because of the Sunday delay. Make sense? They also will fill scripts early during major holidays such as Christmas and New Years. Last Christmas I refilled 3 days early. If you simply don't know what date your refill is due, just call and ask them. Their number is 1-877-971-0300. You can always get through.

the OP i use is accuratemd.com, i was told that i can refill with them at 23 days, and that they don't fill any earlier - United is the pharmacy. I still think 23 days is great - no complaints.

Federal law states that pharmacies may refill prescriptions of controlled substances no more than seven days early. So,every OP should be allowing refills on the 23rd day; however, most have policies that are not as loose as the law allows.
