I have now devloped pain in the area below both collar bones but especally the right one. There were no complications from surgery that I was told other than they had to take ALOT of bone from my hip to repare the damage to my spine.
ANy simular things or ideas I am waiting for the MD to call and I am worried

Well congratulations on completion of your surgery. Wait until you speak with your doc before you get overly concerned. Without seeing you it is hard to say if there is anything wrong but just because you have radiating post op pain that travels down your collar bone I wouldn't be overly concerned.
