Can you buy ANYTHING in Freeport ,Bahamas

i was planning on a trip to the bahamas this year since cruise ships are sky high .i thought of leaving fort lauderdale and taking a cruise over to freeport and staying a week and then come back . I know MANY YEARS AGO I bought something like 222 which had like asprin and codeine or tylenol and codeine.Didn't know if things are really stict since I really wasn't even looking for that stuff.It was found at a straw market because I had a headache....more like a hang over...
