Bi-Wise Pharmacy Overcharging!!
      #141596 - 02/25/04 04:19 AM

I just ordered my first refill from Bi-Wise yesterday. Don't try calling the phone #, because all you'll get is a busy signal all day long!!
So needless to say; I went and got my first phamplet they sent with my first fill and it said for all refills to email them. I did that and also inquired, if I could use my C.C. instead of C.O.D. I also asked if I could use 2 day service instead of overnight. Well this morning I wake up and checked my email and all that was there was a tracking # for my meds . I checked the tracking # and it was already on the truck for delivery at 7:05 a.m.
I emailed Bi-Wise again, to ask if I needed to make another money order out for the $114.00; the amount I paid last time for my meds. They never responded! So, I immediately jump in the car and drive to the nearest convenient store and pay for a money order. I rush home and no delivery yet.
I finally get my delivery at 2:00 p.m. and I attempted to give the Fedex man the money order and he said," it had already been paid for!!!" I open the package and look at the receipt and they've charged my c.c. for $128.00!!!
I wanted to give them my Visa checkcard instead because, there's not that much left on my c.c. Not only did they up the delivery fee; because receipt says generic Norco $98.00, but they put me over my limit on my c.c. and I have a useless money order for $114.00 made out to Bi-Wise!!!!
I've emailed them and I'm hoping they'll take the charge off my c.c. and let me send them this money order!
Sorry for rambling on about this, but I've been off work for an on the job injury and I have to literally scrape pennies together to pay for the meds.
Anyway, thanks for listening to my rant.

That stinks. Try to deposit the money order into your checking account. I had a similar problem, but I had not filled out the m/o. I just made it out to myself. Or you could send the m/o to your credit card company as a payment.

I always use c.o.d. for the OP's. They aren't getting my credit card number. They have 2much information on me already!

Hope this helps.

That really bites!
I have one remaining refill with them that I am going to order on Friday. Thanks to your post, I will keep an eye on what they charge me!
I hope you can get your MO refunded. You should be able to.
Good luck.
