i have been trying for ..oh...3 months to get my money back from 1st meds.... they took my money and never gave me a time or a consult!!!!! now they keep telling me that they are trying to get my money back to me but nada....i just wanted a consultation!!@!!!!

My neighbor is new to OPs and neither of us has used 1st Meds before. She ordered from them without my knowledge on the Internet on Saturday night, got her consult on Monday and received her meds yesterday (Tuesday)!
Great turnaround time! I'm using these guys next.
Hope it wasn't beginners luck....

I CAN'T BELIEVE that those JOKERS are still in business after all of the people that they burned. I would steer way clear of those people.

It's been a few months, but I got a refund from mypaysystems.com for a consult that never took place. It took 48 hours. From my experience, 1st meds in on my black list. Good luck.

Just received the following update from Kevin at 1stmeds:

We have extra customer service staff. So all enquires should be answered to within 5 to 12
hours Max. (excluding weekends)

There is NO charge for refunds whatsoever

Medical Records FAX Number: 863 422 6497

Our customer service is virtually 24 hours as we have staff working nights
emailing as well as the phone lines during the day.
