anyone dealt with ourpillbox refills ?
      #132387 - 01/28/04 12:35 PM

I'm curious...does this company send you a notice when the refill time indicated for it's "wafers" rolls around ? Or do they leave this part up to you ? OR do they not issue refills at all when the alloted time is up ?

I should just ask them...but I thought maybe people here had some experiences they might share...

Um, to clarify, some call the quickly dissolving 2mg K-pins "wafers." They resemble little miniature white wafers. Whatever, the doctor prescribed 'em and they work quite well...just about anyone who has tried these particular generics will vouch for THAT ! I'm just curious about different people's experiences with this company's refill procedures...

I placed another order after 30 days for the medication I bought. It went like clockwork, just great! I wouldn't call it a 'refill' though, just a reorder.

Did you originally order 30 tabs or 90?

Does anyone have ANY idea how you change billing info with them for a second order (of a different medication - just a non-controlled, maintenance type med they have a good price on)

They sent me a 'special prices link' after my first order (not pain meds something for anxiety) - And I tried that way, as well as just going to the homepage directly, and you can look at old orders, but as far as I can see, there is nowhere to edit your customer info to change CC, or billing address, etc... This is really frustrating. I guess I will try to call them in the morning and just give them the new info over the phone. Anyone know anything else?

Original script was 90. It wasn't norco or hydrocodone, but F!or*icet.

Zeuz: miss your little man avatar, but I'll live What I did when a. didn't show up for sat delivery like I'd paid and b. wanted to change my payment to CC, since I had the money over the weekend.

I called the Cs number and they've always been real quick with the help. the only person can' tdo much and will tel you to call the CS. What I did was pull it up online and look at it as I had CS on the phone to make sure it showed up as being done. If it doesn't show up, then they didn't do it. It has to be sent back to the doctor (stoopid rules), but it's reapproved quickly. Hope that helps. I'm still waiting on a rebate check for my Sat. shipping I paid for. thanks for reminding me, I need to call them again. I just reailized something, you haven't ordered yet. Then, simply call and change it with them. when you place your order double check on their tracking system.

PS. don't forget to get the CS's name. I always forget...duh!

editted to add: Sorry I'm being blonde again. If you haven't placed your order, when you do, it will give you the option of changing whatever you want on the order form. previously, I had to use my husband's CC and provide his name for verification. The second time, I just deleted it all and used mine. NO biggie, no hassle. sorry for the crappy post, I'm tired and my hands aren't working so good. They might work better if they actually woke up! lol

OK, but to try to bring my original question back into the thread...

Does this company issue an automated refill Email when the allotted usage time of whatever medicine you were prescribed is up ?

Or do you re-submit your application ?

The repeat customer discount page is indeed neat, considering that they are offering at least one quality product so, so far below the cost of their US competition as to appear ridiculous and unreal to the uninitiated...but this experience with their website snafu on the reorder page is kind of what I am trying to get at...

Are they really as professional as they seem, or totally fly-by-night in the long run ? When my prescription runs out, are they still going to know my name, or even the idea that I was once a customer ?

They will personally call you when your time is up. Tell them they are too expensive (lol) and they will drop the price.

I have never had someone "hard sell" me on meds. before...but it was interesting

This is assuming you give them your real phone number.

Just wanted to bump this back up and see if anyone else has any experience with ourpillbox.com refills -- specifically, do you have to wait 3 months on 90 count orders?

I placed an order once with prescriptiondrugs.com and they called me twice to hard sell me on re-ordering my meds. I told them I still had plenty left but the continued to try to sell me. I never thought I would get the hard sell on meds, either!

Personally, I think I'm going to wait until they contact me or the time is up and see if they are still around. No need to sink what seems to be an A+ quality site like this one with, um, questionable behavior. My 2 cents, anyway, after a bit of pondering the question.

Sorry to jump in a bit late but...

After reading the above, I wonder if I, too, will get a call when the time is up. It is coming up soon so I will find out I suppose. What's shocking to me is the price increase for the med (clonazepam) since last time. Double, if not triple the price. At healthydrugs.com the price went from $44 for 90 to $175 for #90 so I guess it could be worse...

One more time....Hope mills, the OP that supplies ourpillbox and others raised their prices a lot around valentine's day. I posted another site I used that was quicker and cheaper below. Take a look at it. I've posted this is about 4 places now. Waht's the deal? why isn't there one thread for ourpillbox and affiliate sites??

Editted: sorry so short, just frustrated that I posted a good site with cheap prices and everyone is still asking about pillbox when that's already been explained in 3-4 places. Frustration of the day I suppose.
