Five days ago I requested my second consultation with Ephy, via their website.After two days with no response, I called and was given an appointment for a consult for Monday A.M. I received no call or e-mail. Today I called again and left a voice mail, and still have not received any recognition. My initial experience with them was only fair; two separate misakes were made, but since they have my records, it was easier to go back to them. Obviously that was a mistake.

I've had the same issue...I was on my 3rd consult with them last week and submitted it on Monday the 9th and didn't hear anything till Thursday when a rep called to confirm shipping address and credit card info and when I asked why she said I had a consult on Friday (news to me).

So, surprise surprise, the Dr. didn't call on friday so i called into Ephy on Tuesday AM and they told me he was backlogged and would call Tuesday. He did and the consult went smoothly as usual, but as of 4pm pacific I haven't gotten my tracking number.
