Hi ya'll. I have been here for a while (duh) and have a question. I wouldn't mind getting a consult but I don;t have access to my records. Anyone?
Thanks,

Pickledoo,
If you've had an examination, you are the owner of your personal health information and your doctor is obligated to provide them to you at your request.
Some OPs offer treatment verification forms that you can download, print, take to a walk-in clinic for examination and their signature which are intended to fulfill their examination and record requirements.
I hope this helps.

I am not sure if their policy has changed but you can try NWW and see if they will give you the consult and then fax over all your records before the first refill.
Good luck.

NWW will consult you and send out your first round of meds before you fax in your records. Your consultation includes 2 refills-IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THOSE REFILLS YOU MUST MAIL OR FAX YOUR RECORDS IN OR YOU WILL NOT GET THOSE REFILLS.
NWW crosses every t and dots every i and COMPLETELY follows the laws of telemedicine. Chris is in CONSTANT contact with his legal team. You can't pull the wool over their eyes persay, so make sure you have records available to send.
Hope this helps-

By Law NWW is allowed one emergency script written (I THINK) for you and then to receive your refills the records must be faxed. I would ask Chris in a PM to be sure this is still the case.

Do you have to pay for each refill?

Yes, each refill is billed separately as you order them. You do not have to pay the consult again with every refill. However, once your refills are over, you will have to pay for another consult.
