Anyone else out there missing their order from Access? My order shipped on 1/13 (right before their site went down)and it's still missing. I emailed them and they said the remailer signed on 1/15 from Great Britain. I'm in N.E. US. Just looking for some hope that others were late, but did
receive their orders..Also, if this doesnt show after 30 working days, can anyone tell me how to do a charge-back?
Never had to before. Also, I noticed a lot of negative posts about Access are no longer on the board. Seems a little fishy to me.....
Update!!! Received today 2/10. To all who are waiting and
worrying. This is the longest I ever had to wait, but it
did arrive on day 28, so keep the faith...

Just a follow up. Order detained. Access is assisting me in arriving at a fair resolution. They are still a fair and respectable op in my opinion.

I have spoken with AM about them being down for a while. They have assured me that they will be back in April or May. There are no legal problems, they are just having server problems and are redesigning their entire website. And adding some new products to boot. I have every faith in them, they have never let me down yet. Still the only place I really order from, with the exception of Ph24 due to their low prices.

Trust, maybe you will hear from people who lost money including me when their sister companies Alants and Speedyrx
went down the same way AM is going down now. Too many different explanations on why they are not up - same old story.
