I recently posted not so good things about Bi-wise and their shipping increase, which is another issue, but, and A BIG BUT, on my latest consult from YOD, I had them send the script to Bi-wise and had them ship it via two day. I then looked at my credit card activity and noticed that they charged $123 for my #90 10/325s! Turns out they had sent it Saturday priority to a business address that would not even be open, and it was probably partially my fault for getting my consult on a Friday. I should have known this would happen.
This morning I called them and asked where the communication breakdown occured, and they said that the script did not indicate 2 day shipping anywhere, but that they would credit my card for $30 anyway. Even though they added that handling charge, they are still very willing to work with you on customer service issue and I must give Bi-wise two thumbs WAY UP for it. Thanks guys, if you are reading this.

KEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAlling. That's all I can say. Get Kathy from YOD involved. Keep calling Bi-Wise, they open early, 8:30am (est). And save the bottle that the meds came in. Offer to send it back (minus the meds of course). If the meds that came in it contained no cotton and were stuffed to the max then it would be quite obvious that they screwed up. And they should make good. But do this everyday. I mean it . Be a PIA.I'm not trying to tell you what to do , but owning a small business I've learned that , and I Know it's not the same thing, in order to get paid, that I have to hound the custiomer, in you're case , BI-Wide, costantly in order to get what is mine. It serves two purposes.
1) The message is clear, you are not going away until it is resolved.
2) You cannot be a scam artist because scam artists they eventually give up.
So all I can say is hang in their, believe in yourself, and use all of you're resources. And everyone here , lets help this poor soul. Two heads are beter than one.
Best Regards,

hi hoops, just a short note to let you and everyone know biwise made good on the shortage. yes the bottle was packed to the top with no cotton. i explained that to them and they delivered the 20 today. i was pleasantly surprised. i really did not think i would receive them after talking to kathy as she understood but said there is not much she could do with shipping and shortage problems but would try. bi wise should be commended as i am not a regular customer as i had my refill transferred to them and they still made good on it. im sure they get shortages issues all the time but 20 was severe. thanks to you guys and bi wise for all the help.

labelo02,
Hey Great news. Told you. I bet you they did an inventory of the hydros and came up with an overage of 20. Then quickly sent you the 20 so as to dispense the proper amount. I don't know how much scrutiny they are under today , what with everything going on, but I'm sure they do not need a complaint from the local Pharmacy Board on shorting customers on controlled substances. I am so glad it worked for you. Something told me it would. Well best regards,
Hoop

I recieved a script for 120 but the bottle I recieved was unusually small but I didn't count them right away. I religously take the prescribed amount each day but after about a week I notice only about 2/3 of the bottle remained. So did an experiment and filled half the bottle and realized it was about 45 tablets. Doing the math I determined that the size of the bottle could only hold 90 tablets max and that's with no cotton balls. So basically the bottle can only hold 90 but the script was for 120. I was shorted 30 tablets! I'm going to try and ship the bottle back to Bi-Wise so they can see there's no way that bottle could hold the 120 that's listed on the label. Has anyone seen this and were they able to get it resolved?

Read a few posts up. Lebel was shorted the SAME way by bi-wise on his script from YOD by receiving a smaller bottle that supposedly had #120 in it on the label, but could fit no more than 90 or 100!
He got it resolved though and had them send all meds from what I read, so you should contact him if he doesn't post here for any tips on dealing with them.....

I recieved my 120 count from Bi-Wise and it was in a very small bottle. I being the skeptic I am; counted all of them in the bottle and they were all accounted for. I was used to getting the factory sealed bottles from Woody's, but maybe Bi-Wise became overloaded and ran out of the larger size bottles. I'm not saying you weren't cheated!
I was very skeptical too, that's why I immediately counted them. You can PM me if you have any questions:) Moby.

I called Dave at Bi-Wise and he was great! He asked for the bottle ID (the raised series of numbers on the bottom) and the type of medication. He agreed that my type of medication and the refill count were supposed to come in a larger bottle. He agreed to 2-day me the difference of 30 tablets so I'm a happy customer again. I recommend everyone count their fills and contact Bi-Wise immediately if there's a shortage. I have a feeling that other pharmacies would just say too bad and claim ingorance but Dave resolved my issue in a friendly manner. Bi-Wise is tops in my book for great customer service!
