I have a quick question. I got a "courtesy call" from someone named Mary that I'm guessing is from Medsviaweb. All she said was "Hi. My name is Mary and this is a courtesy call. Please call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx."
Since it's after hours now and their website is OH so helpful (Sarcasm) I was wondering if anyone could help me know what this is. I read in another thread that MVW has a tendency to make these kinds of calls.
Thanks!

"Mary" called me too Beans. She said she was from the pharmacy. It was Ken's pharmacy who fills for MVW. I am sure they fill for others, but in my case it was MVW. She called me about 6:10 PM the evening she called me, maybe she is still there. At any rate defintely call the pharm.

Turcica, they wanted to know if I wanted to refill, as it was past time for it. That never happened to me before! I was impressed.

Well i must say it is nice in a way, but quite honestly, I would rather them spend their time being available when I'm trying to call b/c I would like a refill, and not have them waste their time calling me when its possible I don't want to fill it! I can't say I enjoy the customer service when it seems very one-sided....Apparently I have to be ready when they are!

I hear ya, Beans, that's why mine was past due, because I wasn't really sure if I wanted to, and I had a pretty bad experience with them initially. Then I could not get anybody on the phone or e-mail.

This place is known for very agressively going after the refill orders, for some reason. Also you could expect a call when it's time to do a new consult. They do three refills, so that should only be every four months, though!
I have found the Customer Service at Medsviaweb to be really easy to reach and helpful in solving problems right away. They couldn't solve my biggest problem, which was that the doc wrote for #75 10/325, when I asked for #90. So I'm waiting until my refills run out later this month, then I'm going to switch back to the new-improved NWW.
By the way, Ken Drugs and Medsviaweb are both owned by the Kennedee Group. I could be wrong, but I don't think Ken Drugs fills for anybody except the various OP's run by this outfit.
