Chris my husband has had problems with logging into his member account with NWW. It keeps saying that his email or password in incorrect. He keeps entering it correctly and changed to a temp password but it still isn't working. Your customer service response was not helpful at all. Now he needs some help considering his appointment is tomorrow morning. help

Sorry, I know I'm not the moderator, but I just had to point out that this kind of question really should be in a PM.
There are about nine thousand NWW threads already, making it really hard for people to find the info that is relevant, and the last thing we need is another one, which seems to be relevant only to the poster. IMHO.
It could have to do with your "cookies." If you're using IE, click the tools tab at the top, click "privacy" tab, click edit (at bottom), then in the address just type in "norcoworldwide.com" and click "allow" (unless you see it in the list towards the bottom there, then just double-click that and click allow. Then click OK, and try it again. Hope that helps!
