When it's time for a refill at NWW, will there be an automatic link for that?, or do you have to re-order and select the meds,like it's the first time?
Thanks in advance.......Bz.

Hello,
So many threads about NWW I wasnt sure where to post and I didnt want to start another.
Are you back to Watson brand instead of the white Ables brand ? Sorry I could not find an answer to my question in any other thread.
Thanks

As of last week, from what I heard and saw, their old pharmacy, St. Pete's doled out the limited supply of Watson's they would get to different OPs, including NWW. NWW customers seemed to have the best luck getting Watson on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and they seemed to run out by the end of the week and people got Ables.
Chris tells me that the new pharmacy that is supposed to go live, perhaps on a limited scale, this week - Universal - which is a top notch shop that has never dealt with OPs before and has an exclusive with NWW - will let customers CHOOSE which "brand" of generic they want when getting their script filled or re-filled.
Many people are eagerly awaiting this generic choice option and other benefits Universal will bring to NWW like:
= compounding options (when NWW gets enough positive feedback on Universal's service);
= possibly better pricing (to go live this week I have also heard from Chris);
= better order processing and fullfilment (Chris is marrying NWW to this pharmacy and not just throwing scripts "over the wall" to them to worry about. He is putting a dedicated NWW CS rep. PHYSICALLY at the Universal location! Plus Universal is dedicated to serving ONLY NWW OP customers by contract, so they have a big incentive to make NWW and us happy.)
= and CHEAPER shipping (this kicks in Wednesday - Chris posted in another thread that it is FedEX Sat $40; Priority ON $25; Standard ON $20; and 2 day only $12!).
Look for more updates on Universal from Chris this week - he is at their site this morning (Monday) until noon probably getting them to agree to prices and ironing out contract and other details!
We definately need a NWW forum / board to consolidate all these threads. (plus dedicated forums for other OPs willing to provide a rep to answer member questions, like EVMG, YOD, etc.) I never heard back from the db powers that be on it, but saw dozens of people supporting it.
-sorry this got so long, I just wanted to give anyone reading this the full info. on what's coming from NWW and Universal if they missed the other threads.

Thank you Black, your organizational skills are very appreciated. I am leaving in an hour, just let me add a couple of points:
There appears to be 2 pharms with Uni...in their names: My pharm. is Unipharm (to clear that up).
I thought quite a bit about your suggestion for 2 seperate price lists (one for each pharm), this past weekend; here are my thoughts: I am concerned that we are going to base performance on price (if one is less than the other). It is crucial that I see feedback, based on quality of product, packaging, service, and shipping.
I have averaged the 2 and made one new pricing, and shipping schedule, it will be up on the site later today.
Competition will not stop at NWW; I intend to make the pharmacy responsible as well. If you love them;we stay, if you don't; we leave. We (you the customers, and NWW)have that buying power, and we WILL be exercising it.
I need your feedback. I will be back later today.
-Chris
* feel free to post this on another thread if you need to, I am running around, and don't have the time to make a general announcement.

Had a question about the "changing pharmacys thing", and Does he have to do anything?....(This is my Dad's account with NWW)
He went to site and placed refill, seems to have went through just fine...No questions about changing Pharmacys or anything that he could see anyway......I guess everything's ok then....Thanks again.....Bz.
