Hi: does anyone know the procedure to transfer your refill from Woody to TDI? I called Woody and asked for my refill to be transferred on Feb 6. Nothing happened, so I called again on Feb. 10. They said they were faxing my info to TDI. I still haven't heard a thing from TDI. Do I need to go to their website and enter my credit card info? Woody said they would send over that info, but nothing has been charged on my card.
I have emailed Woody and YOD, but haven't gotten a response yet, as it's the weekend. (I sure hope they aren't closed due to the holiday tomorrow!)
Can anyone here that had a sucessful transfer let me know what they did to make it happen?
Before TDI will send your prescription, they do need either your credit card number or indication that you will accept a COD shipment before processing and shipment.
I would recommend registering with TDI's web site, request your prescription by providing all of your information, and note in the comment field your Woody's prescription number. TDI can then contact Woody's to initiate the transfer if Woody's hasn't acted within a reasonable time frame.
Thinking about it, TDI is likely going to be the more motivated of the two, as they stand to gain the revenue from your next, or future, refills.
