Help with Ikobo.com ?

I recenty tryed sending 110 dollars (american) the the phillipines for a order, it was my first time using Ikobo, and what they supposidly do is when you send money the first time, make a small transaction (ex, 20 dollars of 100) to make sure its the right account or for security reasons Then after you verify that the money was deducted, they send the rest of the money.....

I just did this yesterday, and there was TWO transactions, one for 8.72 (from Ikobo.com) AND ANOTHER for 5.09 from Ikobo.com... I thought Ok, i tryed enterting the first.... Invalid Transaction.... tryed the other, INVALID .... tryed both.. INVALID!!!! and now it says maximum attempts exceeded.... i emailed 3 times (usually pay sites reply within minutes!) i even looked there number up and left a message for customer support

Am i doing something wrong here?? please help!!!
