Does most OP have you repeat(and pay for) consultations after a few refills? Or how does the process work? Do you have to keep paying for consults to get refills? I wanted to know how much to invest and with who?

BK, have you researched any OPs or looked at any of the web sites? DB has an entire page here devoted to OP information, including help with consultations. Sometimes a little research goes a long way!
It's fairly easy. A consultation usually results in a prescription, if the doc feels it's warranted, with 2 refills. (some are now going back to 3 refills) That would cover 3 months of medication, the original script and 2 refills. Obviously, if you wanted to continue the meds you would have to have another consultation for another prescription with 2 refills (or 3 if that be the case).
