There are many other payment fulfilment services, but the OP/IOP has to set them up. WU is not only incredibly expensive, but often requires a call to their 800# CS inorder to harass you about dealing with "questionable" recipients. Presumably DHS & FBI are really on WU's case because most 9/11 funding was done via WU money transfers - but I refuse to spend $20 for xferring $100 and then have to call CS and be harassed. f**k WU! I'll send cash before using those jerks.

Western Union is never a recommended way of sending payment to any IOP, no records OPs or even some online consult places. If they dun you with your order, you have no way of getting the money back. The absolutely safest way of doing any business online, (be if for meds, clothing, CDs or other items), it to use a credit card. It gives you some recourse if your order doesn't show up.
