Just sent out another email (3 now) asking them to refund my cc. They charged me for a consultation but the online form kept reloading the same page after I submitted all my info, including cc.
OK, mistakes happen. But I talked to a Buymeds rep (after waiting 45 mins!) and he assurred me that they only hold the charge for a day or so. It's been 8 days, and no sign of a refund. Now some will say that it's Mastercard taking it's sweet time, but I have a pre-paid card that shows changes almost instantly online. Coupled with the fact that Buymeds can't seem the time to even email back, I'd have to go ahead and call BS on this Best if kept off the board OP.
Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this one!
Buymeds now requires paramedic physicals and FAXing them all your records just like the other "legit" OP's.
First thing to do is refuse to make an appointment with paramedic company, when they call you to schedule a physical - tell them you've cancelled the order with Buymeds. If you make an appointment - you're out $112. Be sure to send an email to Buymeds immediately telling them that you've cancelled the order, because their website is confusing/misleading about their new business process.
Then if the charge shows up on your credit card, immediately call your credit card company and protest the charge, because BuyMeds has a misleading/confusing website and you didn't understand what you were getting involved in. You will have to file again in writing when CC company sends you a letter. Typically this will get all the charges reversed, unless you actually scheduled a paramedic physical exam, in which case you legitimately owe Buymeds $112 for the exam and $40 for the cancellation fee.

"War on ...." is the wrong metaphor!
The lamest part of all is that Buymeds has "no record of any scheduled consultation". Yet they charged my card $165.00 for the Lortab I tried to order. When I log in to their site as a user and select the same med, I get a window telling me that I have to wait 90 days to reorder! I talked to someone on the phone (not a dr.) who said it was a mistake and they will reverse the charges. I asked that since they already have my money why doesn't he just fill my order? No, they can only do online orders. I told him HEY, you kinda DID seeing how you took my 165 dollars!
I've called 3 times since. Sat on hold for almost an hour today. No one answers their phone. I did get someone tonight around 11pm though. The answering service. Very nice woman who told me basically that she is absolutely not involved with Buymeds in anyway except for taking messages.
WHAT A SCAM. Steer clear of this place. The deserve all the bad press they're getting.
