I am a little worried about TDI. I kept hitting redial b/c I am trying to get ahold of someone there, and I kept getting the same male voice recording saying that there is "an unusually high volume of calls" well i did that several times and finally i heard someone pick up (heard voices in the background) and then a click. Someone picked up and hung up! And it gets better--I, of course, called right back and immediately their phones had been switched to another recordind that picks up immediately with a woman's voice. I figured out how to get to the mail directory and tried every name there, but no one answers. I find it hard to believe that not one person or department is by their phones. And my package still says its been shipped yesterday on their website, but the tracking number tells quite another story...one I can't quite figure out. HELP!

I placed an order with YOD and selected TDI as the pharmacy upon YOD's recommendation. When I filled out my order on their website, I selected Priority Overnight and paid the extra money to get it here in the AM. When I was sent my tracking information, it comes up as saying that only the billing info has been received, but the package has not yet been scanned in by UPS, even though its scheduled to deliver today. I have no idea what that means, so I'm hoping it comes today. However, I paid the extra $$ for priority, so I'm a little peeved that its been shipped Next Day Air Saver.
Does anyone know the number to YOD that you are given when you need to make a call for a consult. I am trying the main number (802) 626-9097 and its a recording that says its Friday, Feb 6 and that I can't leave a message. I emailed TDI but from what I hear, they don't return any emails. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't use TDI myself, but do get my meds and other items I order online mostly via UPS. Two weeks ago I went to my smokes place online and made my usual order. The tracking came up as saying billing info receive...and that was all. I spoke with both UPS AND my online smokes place and neither could get give an explanation. On the 6th of this month, yep....My smokes turned up and checking the UPS web site, it still said nothing more than billing info received. UPS tracking seems to have gone right down the drain over the past year or so.

Order was placed on Jan 28th. They don't ship on weekends, so the 6th was right on time. I was just peeved that UPS never once scanned my package and thus nothing showed on the website. Usually I can track my order for smokes from departure to delivery. This time I couldn't and no one had any idea of where it was in relation to my address. I even went as far as speaking with a supervisor and all she could tell me was that the billing information was received and I would have to talk to the shipper. Which I did. They were able to tell me that their warehouse for deliveries is empties down to bare concrete at 3pm every day. (Mon-Fri, anyway.) It wasn't there, and until the late afternoon of the 6th if wasn't here....and UPS didn't have a clue where it was.
I did recommend to my online smokes place they go with FedEx, and was told they were talking to them because they had been getting a lot of complaints about the lack of tracking information via UPS. Will probably take several months, but I am going to be most grateful when they do make the switch.

D2003 ... I have seen this happen before. The tracking number is probably wrong. When I went through it they gave me a number that was one digit off. I kept trying to track the package and it only said it was billed.
I tried for 2 days. The shipper swore it had gone out. UPS swore they had no information on it. The package showed up just as the shipper claimed it would, but tracking still showed billed. When I compared the tracking number given to me that was showing billed, against the actual number on the airbill, I found the problem. I was watching tracking for an airbill that was tossed and replaced with the real one.
If they make a mistake on the airbill that is already scanned as billed and then replace it with a new airbill, they have to remember to change your tracking information too. Sometimes it slips through the cracks.
In this case the shipper needs to be called. UPS seems to mess up more than the norm.
