I would just like you all to know that I am in the process of writing a letter to Prevention magazine RE: their unbelievably biased and unfair article on online drug buying.
I cannot begin to list all the innacuracies here, but I am certainly going to address their ridiculous claim that any drug can be bought on the internet at any time by anyone. If that were true, then I wouldn't be in pain (ever) and I would certainly not be stressing out when my prescription is on its last legs.
These people were also so nice to forward all their findings to various agencies too nauseating to list at this moment, but I guess you get the iDEA.
So again, I am writing them an irate letter, this is just a heads up for anyone interested.

Please do write that letter, but I think you have to take "Prevention" articles with a grain of salt. This is from their expert advice column:
All about Ayurveda - A primer on this ancient medical system
I'll trust an on-line consultation with a real doctor over this mumbo-jumbo anyday and I'm not normally adverse to herbal remedies either.

Hey Redhill,
Great Post. I think you should right a short consise readers response. You know the kind that show up on the first couple of pages of the magazine. I read the article. Based on what 4 motnhs of investigation. What a laugh. Dosen't show the real side. Uses the word rogue quite often. Dosen't mention the positivness as well as the advantages of the legit OPs. Also dosen't state that the number of legitimate op's are now leading the crooks. Not enough is said about these guys (legitimate OP's). I mean come on I have been a cronic pain sufferer for many years. The article dosent address the unwillingness of Doctors to adequetly prescibe medication for people so they can return to normal lives. I'm 46 and walk with a cane. I'm sure their are a lot worse stories. But I undertsand you're passion. DB helbs weed out the crooks. Been a member for a long time , never been ripped off. The article explains alot about impoting foreign meds. Come on not a mention of customs, just the fact of the quality of meds. The system is broken , I admit. But not every user of an online OP is a drug addict. They may be dependent on the drugs to improve the quality of life , but thats it. I've said what I needed to say. Good for you. Keep up the good fight.
Best Regards,
Hoop

I found these 3 key articles dated 12/18/03 on their site that I think you are referring to. I thought I would put them up for folks to read. I am about to read them and saw Beau Dietl's name in one - a bad sign - the guy is a moron IMO.
main 11 page article

Remember this is a totally alternative medicine mag.
According to them anything from a migraine to end stage
cancer can be cured with vitamins or change of diet.
They dispute any M.D.s tradional proven treatment.
Just My Opinion
Thanx Jony Suede

Just like everything else, you must consider the source.
