OK, I've had one transfer so far from Woody's to TDI, it went smooth, but now I am reading about terrible problems with transfers. Will some of you who have had good experiences in the past week post here and let us know what is going on. I've read the threads below, but they don't answer my questions. I've read that TDI's service is horrible now. Can we transfer to Bi-wise for the second transfer, or to United or to our local pharm? YOD does need to keep us informed...Kathy, you there?

My experience has gone smooth as silk. Last month I requested TDI at 200pm and the order was complete and shipped by 500pm. Today I ordered the refill this morning and had tracking info by 1100am.
I had only one slowdown and that was a shipping error, but none the less, still received the order on the correct day. It came afternoon instead of morning as requested. A tiny glitch.
I would guess that if you contacted YOD requesting Bi-Wise they would send the refill there. Call Kathy or Libby. They have been very accommodating.
Take care,

That's great, but did you order you refill through TDI or Woodys? My refill through TDI shows "0" refills. I heard you can't get through to Woodys for days.

As long as you use email to contact YOD you should have no problem. Write to I've had to contact them via email 4 times in the last month and always receive a response the same day.
They usually respond within a couple hours but with the Woody's issue it takes a little longer, still the same day.
Good luck,

Bad situation here. I have written to YOD about it, although they really don't want their customers to contact them about it; they say so on their front page!
Last Wednesday, I called for my first refill. Woody's told me they had to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. I told them I didn't care which one, Bi Wise was fine with me. I ran out of meds yesterday. So I called Woody's back today (couldn't find a number for BiWise, which is where they sent it.) Today's story: "We'll have to send it to TDI; we're not doing business with BiWise now."
The folks at YOD may only want Woody's to be the recipient of their customers' angst, but the fact is YOD needs to take a proactive hand in solving this mess.
Shame too. I considered YOD a really great OP.

(I can only hope that TDI actually GETS the transfer and ships it... I guess I need to let go, give up, and go shopping for another OP.)

Your refill you had transfered to TDI from Woodys shows zero refills because Woodys only sent 1 of your refills to TDI. There is a law that only permits Woodys to send only 1 refill per month, not all at once. It is an prescription emergency law or something.
Anyway you will have to contact Woodys each month and have them fax your refill to TDI each month. The next Consult you have if Woodys is still having the same problems do like I did. The Doctor asked which pharmacy I wanted to use, I said TDI. I recieved my meds the next day. I will get my 2nd refill in a few days> I will let you know how it goes.
