I watched Anna Nicole last night on Larry King Live, well some of it. She is hard to watch sometimes, so flakey. Anyway, she is "spokesperson" for a med she is taking to help her lose weight. When Larry asked her about food she actually looked sick, she said it makes you absolutely not hungry. I missed the name of it. Does anyone know the name and/or anything about it? I'm really just curious.

That woman is a nightmare. Anyway, I think the stuff is called Trim Spa and 10 bucks says she'll gain it all back!

If she stops taking it, it is a given she will gain it all back. She is an over the top in everything she does. I'll look it up on google, never heard of it and so don't know if it is a perscription or what. Anyone out there tried this stuff?

I tried it, but don't really need it, so stopped. My friend continues to take it and is very successful in her endeavors! It's not prescription, but getting very hard to find as it's contained ephedra (sp?) and they've sorta banned it. They do have the non-ephedra stuff, but that doesn't work as well for obvious reasons.

She said she was taking the one without ephedra. I've found it online and also called GNC, Vitamin World and Walgreen's in my area and they all have it. She also said it gave her a lot of energy and she hated that cause she likes to lay around. What a trip she is!

I work at a vitamin/herb store and Trim Spa w/ephedra is no longer sold. The ephedra free stuff is basically worthless, and overpriced. I am sure Anna Nicole lost weight w/ a good personal trainer and a personal chef. I have tried just about every over the counter diet pill and they give you a little metabolism boost but they are nothing special. Trim spa is not a good seller and I have not had one person say they got good results. Although I would also like to comment that when we carried the trim spa w/ephedra it was a huge seller and just about everybody reported good results. Ephedra has been proven to be hard on your heart though.

I watched the first season of her show on E! She was so obviously intoxicated by some sort of downer each and every episode. That woman has many problems, least of all being her weight!

Everything about this women just offends me. She is so flaky and obnoxious. I bet she will gain her weight back. Everything she does is in excess. She needs to work on some other things in addition to her weight. IMO. turcica

TRIM SPA, BABY!!
Oh, this thread is funny. My one guilty pleasure is DEFINITELY the Anna Nicole show. It's on here every Sat. night-four episodes in a row, from 11 pm through 1 am. I think she's just hilarious because she is SUCH a cheese dip.
HOWARD!! Oh, and how 'bout poor Kimmy ?

Yep! Poor Kimmy (who is so obviously in love with ANS) and poor Daniel (is that her kid's name?)... Could YOU imagine having a mother like that? The poor kid will end up being a serial killer having to deal with a woman like his mother!
And that DOG! SUGAR PIE! (I think that's its name!)
IMO- they are all lushes!

Personal trainer? Pleeeeease. That woman can't even lift her arms without help. Larry asked her if she exercised and she stared a bit and then said "no, but planed to start, maybe tonight" She definately looked wired so even tho she said that it didn't have ephreda, I bet that is what she took. I, too, watched a few of her shows and she is definately a wild one (even on masses of downers) to watch, but she does gets to be too much. Her son always looked embarassed and I have to admit that Sugar Pie was my favorite!

I think I heard several months ago that she had a nasty Vicodin habit...I don't remember what she was originally given the meds for but I'm pretty sure she was taking them quite excessively!!

I saw a program a few months ago, I can't remember the channel, the program was titled something like "exclusive Anna Nicole diary". Anyway it was a story about her life, roots etc. She was relatively attractive when she was younger but all the excess took its toll quickly. I too feel sorry for her son. Hopefully, he won't turn out too bad. I have seen kids from the best of parents turn out to be monsters and vice versa. He might learn from his mothers example and decide to get away from it as soon as possible. turcica

Seek, you really never have heard of Anna? You know the ex-stripper who married the real old billionaire, and his son has (was?) fighting her in court for the money? I guess she did not get it yet, hence the weird reality show and now TrimSpa, baby! commercials. I'm not taking that bet, I don't think it will be long before she's back up to XXXL.

I disagree...I think if one person adopts it as a way of "being known" around the boards, it's fine. When the random yay-hoo or everyone starts adopting the practice, then it breaches netiquette, in my opinion.
Rage on, CHEESE!

A couple of years ago, a friend of mine tried Xenical. In the interest of being delicate, it caused some rather disturbing GI symptoms that would require immediate attention! She thought that maybe these symptoms would lessen as she continued to take it, but after a couple of weeks, she realized she would probably never be able to leave the safety of her home bathroom and quit taking it! I don't know if this reaction is common, but just thought I'd share the info. Hope it helps and good luck!!

I say to all the newbies, If you don't like it, hit the bricks! Cheese, you can yell all you want, this is our house!! Love the avatar too, by the way. It makes me want to run to the store and grab a super size bag of Cheetos! And just to stay on topic, I loved A.N.S. before she turned into a pig and I'm not just talking about her weight either. On the A.N.S. show, she was the nastiest, foulest, person I have ever laid eyes on. I really lost respect for her after the 1st episode, where she burped and broke wind in the middle of the restaraunt while she was jacked up on mass quantities of Narcotics. Yyyyyuuuuuuukkkkkk!!!!
