I believe Neo-Percodan is Tylenol or what Mexico calls Paracetemol. Percodan is Oxycodone, a very potent narcotic used for moderate pain relief. The difference is shocking. If someone with exact empirical knowledge on this topic chose to chime in, it would be appreciated as I am not 100% sure I am correct.

Neo-percodan in propoxyphene and tylenol (Darvocet)...no where near real Percodan.

Having ordered drugs from Mexico including neo-percodane, it is only tylenol. Not even Darvon in it if I remember. It took a bit of research when I checked it out before these boards were created and this kind of info is easier to get now.
A lot of the Mexican pahrmacies want you to think that you are getting percodan and they charge a lot for this junk.
