Do you offer #120 or #150, or just the #90? Just wondering! Also, what doctor/pharmacy do you use; sorry if this info is somewhere else, I don't see it!

Wow, less than five pages you'll be turned down?!! I'll pass! Most are happy with one, that's crazy, what if you have a condition that doesn't take five pages to describe (what condition does, I don't know!) I think I'll go to NWW!! I guess you could fax just normal medical records, but why would I pay to fax them a copy of my pneumonia if it has nothing to do with why I need meds from them? That is a stupid requirement, it should just be required that you have ample proof of your complaint!

As long as your condition is documented, your records are acceptable whether they are 1 page or 10 pages. Most of our clients do send around 5 pages.

You know I jumped the gun on these people. They are fair and I must admit I was wrong to pick their process so bad.
#1..$70 consult is great. It will save you at least $30 to spend on your meds.
#2..Like they said, wheather you have 2 pages or 5 pages of records, as long as they document your problem they will try to accomadate you.
#3..I should have known better than to think that they are looking to charge people a $30 admin fee rather than give them service. They are in the service business.
I was wrong to post such negative things about them and when my next consult time comes around, I will have no problem giving them the opportunity to earn my business.
I would like to know how much #90 10/325 would cost??
Again I should have been more thoughtful and I'm sorry I wasn't !

Thank you for your comments.
Depending on what you order, #90 is approximately $62.

Meowsie, I was wrong about that record thing. I sent them an email concerning a consult with them and my records are ok. I have real records but not 5 pages. I am going to take the plunge with these folks when I get paid tomorrow and will keep you all posted. I know NWW is dominating the board right now and Chris is super nice, but a $70 consult will save me some money.Money I can buy my meds with.

Hi,
I recently had a post here that was not so nice...but I'd like to change all that and make this new post for all to see!!!
I gave these guys a shot. They do not have a phone number, but for very good reasons. Answering phones all day would cause delays in ordering processes. BUT, they DO and I mean they DO answer their emails VERY QUICKLY. I had posted a negative note because of a payment problem before I ever emailed them to let them know first that there was a problem. In other words, I didn't give them a chance to rectify the problem before coming on here and blabbing my anger. This OP and its customer service are tops. AAA+++. They are courteous and very professional and will do anything to fix or rectify any problem that may ever occur.
Breakdown:
Registered 2/15
received email within an hour as to the next step in getting a consult.
Faxed medical records 2/18
received email immediately that records were received and gave consult time.
Consult around 2pm 2/18
received meds 2/19.
OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Lieberman is wonderful. He was very helpful and seemed to have my records in hand while consulting with me.
The customer service staff is TOPS. My experience with them has been the best. I thank you DBP for everything you've done for me and am truly sorry for any misunderstandings.
Do not doubt this company...they are there for us in all aspects. A BIG THUMBS UP FOR DBP!!!!

This place asks for the following on an unsecured web page:
Your drivers license #
Your date of birth
Height, weight, sex, and a lot more
Your credit card #
and your social security # !!!
It's bad enough they want your social security # (THEY DO NOT NEED THAT), but to show you such disrepect to ask for it on a wide open web page, how safe do you think your information is going to be once in their hands? (never mind the web robots-you won't sleep for worry if you realize how that works) They could get a SSL secured page if they were a REAL BUSINESS. Plus they use paypal-any business can get a visa/mc if they have a bank account.
Plus, they don't have a phone # or an address?!? What are you supposed to do if something happens to your info, they shut down their web site, and they have thus vanished in to thin air!
Why are they so secretive? Now someone's been double charged and they have no one to talk to!?! Just an e mail address
You have no idea who these people are !!! I am absolutely amazed people do this without thinking. It's not like you don't have any other options!
Think about it!
(I'm sure this is going to anger these people but I do not care! If this is their business model, and they want to be here, they have to take criticism just like everybody else)

Have you tried contacting them to resolve the overcharge? Perhaps it was unintentional and they might be glad to reverse it?

Yes, try contacting them again to let them know of their oversight, could just have been the person that billed you, forgot to give you the discounts. Let us know what happens.

DBP, You need to address this issue that eelrm mentions above. And until you do I would recommend that all potential customers of this board stay far away. Once someone has your name and SS#, that's all that's needed for identity theft. Oh, BTW, in what state do you operate that has this law??

Then you should remove the option to submit this required info over the web and have the "fax only option". Just my humble opinion. If you care about your customers, this is what you should do seeing that this info is sent unsecured (dumb). And, again, let me ask you, in what state do you operate that requires this information, your ss#?? This truly worries me and I find it quite distrubing since MOST, if not all, other OP's don't ask for a ss#.

I see DBP (dr by phone) deleted her posts. hmmmmmmm
I was going to state that my post wasn't negative-it just states facts. If the facts are "negative", it's not my fault.
I just think it's a little strange to want all that info, and they don't even have an address or a phone #. They can shut down their web site and they are gone-along with all of your private "identity theftable" info.I dentity theft is a HUGE problem in this country, and I would bet you the FBI and FTC would advise AGAINST providing this type of info to "an internet company you know nothing about". HMMMMM-Actually, they do advise against doing just that!
You can cancel your credit card, but you can't cancel your social security # !
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY # !!!

Methinks she's run out of answers to some very tough questions eelrm. Thankyou for pointing out those red flags in your post, especially the social security number thing. I just worry about those scammers that will always be around. Now it looks like identity theft may be another issue to worry about.

DBP,
I don't want any legal advice - could you kindly post your company's address & phone # as well as the name and address of the pharmacy you use (and own)?
This information, once verified, will go a long way to helping to establish some credibility for your site.
If you do not reply to this request in a reasonable amount of time - say 3 days from today, Saturday 2/21, - I suggest no one do business with these people again as their desire to remain anonymous only re-inforces the concern that has been expressed about DBP's true motives.

What about MVW/Netpain they ask for your SS#?
They also acknowledge to have had security issues with people re-routing deliverys. So how secure is their site?
Also if you want to refill via UnitedRx website they ask for your SS# too.

Don't they ask you to fax your i.d. along with your med record's ? so in the space that ask's for D.L.# & S.S.# just write WILL FAX .The discount's are a great idea. But it look's like they need to re-build the site. there scaring poeple away.

medial 1: That is a good idea. If you want to use Dr by Phone, fax in the info. But I am still uncomfortable with the no phone #, no address, and SS# thing. Too secretive for me. There are some GREAT OP's out there, and none of them want your SS#.
difficult: mvw/netpain has alway's been a half a** operation to begin with. Why anybody uses them is beyond me. Matt has screwed a lot of people, so if you want to use them and give them your ss# go right ahead. I used them a year ago and they never asked for a social security #.But at least they have an address and phone #.
The best way to get a refill from United is to call it in-they don't ask for your social security #. I have never heard anybody say United requests that-but you say they do on the web site-fair enough. They wouldn't get it from me if they asked for it. But like I said, just call it in, they have NEVER asked for it, which you would think would be a situation when IF they were in the habit of doing that, that would be the time.I got my last refill a month ago, and no SS# was asked for.
I recently switched to NWW and they DO NOT ask for SS#.
You might be a great customer for Drs by Phone since you seem to enjoy giving out your social security # so much
OP's DO NOT deal with your insurance company-they are basically order fulfillment companies. So they DO NOT need your SS#!
SS# is for Government and Medical Insurance use only, if your'e smart.
