I have used Raj for years, was out of touch for a few months, and now his website has gone from "under construction" - be back 2/1/04 to HTTP ERROR. Does he have a new Website under a different name?

EMAILED THEM OVER TWO WEEK AGO. SAID THEY WOULD RESHIP
EMAILED AGAIN, NO REPLY
COST: $135.00
CAN I/SHOULD I, DO A CHARGE BACK?
HAVE USED THEM MANY, MANY TIMES, BUT WHEN THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY EMAILS, I KNOW I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

I'm haveing the same exact thing HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW - MY RESHIP WAS SENT EXPRESS AND WHEN I TRY TO TRACK IT ALL I GET IS THAT IT IS AT A CUSTOMS TERMINAL at JFK (FOR OVER 2 WEEKS) I NEED HIS EMAIL ADDRESS IF POSSIBLE? CHEESE

Cheese,
Use the Customer Care query system instead of email. Click on Customer Care (and have your order # and mailing address with correct zip code written down). The CC is like a pm system and he always replies within 48 hours. It's a good idea to put "Status of Order___" in subject line. In the body of the message, ask status and verify the address to which it is to be send. Always include correct zip code.
He checks and responds to the queries regularly. It's a good system b/c then he will go take care of re-shipping, or immediately post another question which moves the process along. Then don't forget to check for responses to your queries about 24-36 hours later (considering time change). This involves going back to his website, logging it, and clicking on Customer Care. It's worth that extra effort in faster shipping time. Hope this helps.
