How do i change Western Union "Pay to name"?

That I don't know...I would call western union's 1800 number. However, I always confirm with the doc my order before sending because of instances like this. I tell him my order first and tell him I"ll be sending the money gram out the next day, and wait for his reply, because on monday he replied and told me to send to his brother.
