Anyone heard from these people? I ordered like a week ago and no information whatsoever except "order under processing" on their site. My first order (like Nov. 2003) arrived within three days! Are they out of business or what?

Anyone? Maybe some information on how to chargeback/get refunded? I used a checkcard (I know, stupid).

According to your posts it looks like you only ordered a little over a week ago,you should give it some time to get to you.Also you mentioned that your previous order arrived in 3 days!! Thats incredible to me,where do you live?? Next door to the pharmacy?!!

My first 4 orders did arrive in 3 days the last order I had to request a refund thru mypaysystems.I did get the last order after going thru mypaysystems. Even though you used your check card didn't you have to go thru mypaysystems? if you did just go to their web site and file a refund request but I would wait for at least a week to do that. Overture probably will not contact you or reply to any emails, I never once received one from them. Goodluck.

I am also waiting for an order placed on 3/24. I know its only been a week, but when I first ordered from them it came in 4 days. I emailed them requesting tracking info and am awaiting a reply. Has anyone had any good luck with these guys lately ? Im Kinda dissapointed since I paid $20 for express shipping and last time it came in record time. Are the delays due to a product shortage ? I ordered Ambien. Has anyone else ordered ambien and had delivery delays ?

I don't think their site is even working b/c they use Paysystems and Paysystems doesn't process for rx's anymore. I think that happened a long time ago, prior to 3/24, so who knows? Was your card even charged?

I used them a week ago, the shipment comes from somewhere in the staets now, not India and it does take a couple of weeks. I ordered before spring break and when I got back my package had been delivered to my boss(you do have to sign for it) I don't know about anything after spring break?

my card was charged on 3/29 . I ordered on 3/24. still no order and no response to my emails. hopefully I will get my order or at least some tracking info. The reason it looks like its coming from the states is that they use TNT shipping and than TNT contracts Airborn express once it enters the states. When you track it you will only get the data from when Airborn picked it up. I know TNT does deliver to some areas of the states but if you are in the black out zone they will contract it to someone else. Just a thought, not %100, but thats what it looked like last time I got my order. hope everyone gets there orders soon. looks like paysystems is still working for them. they must falcify there business, kinda hard with a name like that.

they responded to my email and said I should get it in 2-3 days. I sent the email to the order email addy. will let all know when I get it.

well, 22 days has passed and still no order. They responded to one email and than nothing. Still waiting for a real response. Does anyone know how to get a refund by paysystems ? all I have is my ortder number from overture.

Brian220, go to http://cardholder.paysystems.com and log-in using your credit card number and one other piece of info they want. Then there is a link to "ask for refund."
I only do disputes/chargebacks as a last resort.
I don't think they have a new payment processor yet.

It does take alittle longer and i am sure it comes from the states, my last order had script information with it. It was ambien I ordered. I am not sure how long it took because I ordered it right before vacation but it was here when I got back about 15 days later.

I finally got my order!! you are right it does come from the states now. The meds are still indian generics but good. I got my order about last friday just been too busy to post. Thank you for the paysystems info, thankfully I didnt have to use it. Overall this company has good meds but little cust service and slow delivery.

Well...according to their FAQ, it says "same day processing and shipping"
I ordered on the 21st april, and it my order is stll "under processing"...so much for that! Anybody else had recent dealings with this IOP?

Below is a verbatim copy of the message I just sent to mypaysystems.com regarding the order I placed and paid for with Overturepharmacy.com over one month ago. The order has appeared on Overture's web site as processed and shipped for over one month. I'm a patient guy, but this has pushed the limit. Given other similar posts about Overture, it seems to me that they should be blacklisted.
"Hello:
As you can see from the records, this order was placed over one month ago, in late March. Yet I still have not received the merchandise. I have emailed the merchant at least nine times. I received one email response, on April 25, 2004, nearly one month after my order, claiming it was on the way. It is now May 3, and still no merchandise. Sadly, I must demand a refund."
[I included my name, telephone, and email contact info for mypaysystems, as they instructed. I will report back as to whether I receive the refund.]

No one will believe this but...I had placed a order on Dec 28th 2003 and it was in the hands of customs at JFK, so I asked overture pharmacy to resend it but they never answered my emails until I requested my money back thru paysystems, well guess what I rescieve in the mail today.....my package from Dec 28 it had been open but label FDA approved and I just got it today thru regular mail. I had to sign for it but everything was there. It is unbelievable, almost 6 months after I placed the order. There is still hope to those who ordered around the same time and had the same problems..Godluck!

Don't Order from Overturepharmacy.com! I ordered from them last Sunday. My card was charged Tuesday by someone called Steve Roesner at Pharmacy Services in Florida. On Thursday I got two e-mails from Overture saying that they had not gotten my money because of technical difficulties. They actually wanted my to run my card through again!! They have not responded to numerous e-mails including a copy of the receipt from Pharmacy Services. They have changed their billing service yet again. No one will answer or call you back if you call Pharmacy Services. This IOP should be blacklisted!!!

My very last order after the Dec 28th issue, actually was shipped from PA, so don't be surprised if you get your order but it may take abit longer than it used to take but I wouldn't order from them again if I were you. Give it maybe 2 weeks, they NEVER answered any of my emails until mypaysystems got involved. I only ordered one time after the customs deal but I eventually received the confiscated medicine. Paysystems doesn't do anymore RX's and if they were to find out, they'd seize the account like Paypal does.
Overture is using someone else who has falsified what they do with their merchant account. Only a little while before that ends too.
I've had nothing but trouble with them. Stay clear!

Did I waste $120? I ordered 5/17 from them, still haven't heard anything...Contacted mypaysystems who said that they can't do anything now that they're no longer servicing overture. Any ideas? Or am I just out $120?
