Well I signed up for a consutation during super bowl, dr call today mon, and supossedd to get my meds on weds, so far smooth

Can you tell us if you actually got the #120 count? That is if you ordered hydro.
A friend of mine had a consult today and was told they are not yet prescribing the 120 count.

Tell me, what is the deal with your personnel calling an hour and a half before the scheduled time of consult, and then not being available when I return this call? I always assume that when your organization gives me a specific time to expect it's call then it will at least be close to that time. Now what should I expect? I have paid my fee and have no consult as promised for today, even though I was available during the time set by you.

My consutation was for 2-3 and the doc called at 3:05 i ordered 60 hydro, since thats all i need for my problem, i want to see how smooth it goes, i also have my tracking # now but it doesnt work on fedex ssite yet, too early i guess

Thank you, but all is well now. I received a call and spoke with someone who took care of it. It's just that I always make every effort to be available when an appointment is made and had every intention of doing so today. I didn't quite know what to make of the fact that I was called outside of the scheduled time.

Once again, Chris proves himself to be proffessional and invauable to us all. Like I've said before and will continue to say, they just keep getting better by the day.

My friend told me that the dr said that it was a "premature announcement" and that they were not prescribing ANYONE #120. Has anyone ordered from here and gotten that much?

Here's the 'real' deal; I posted to DB 3 days earlier than I did to anybody else, so that the DB community could be consulted before anyone else: if you have a consult, and the DR/PA thinks it viable he will recommend the 120ct.

I wanted to set up a consult, but was a little worried about the information I had received. I have plenty of records, so hopefully, they won't have a problem prescribing the #120.

Just wanted to say so far i'm very impressed with nww, consult went smooth, pharmacy filled order and they are now at my towns airport fedex , should get them tommorrow, this was my 1st op experience so i was nervious about doing this, but so far so good

Chris and NWW have definitely raised the bar for customer service and OP's in general. Why would someone do business with anyone else when you have the CEO right here on DB interacting with us and getting these unforseen problems fixed immediately if not sooner. Assuming that the med prices and shipping fees are comparable to others, I wouldn't dare use another OP unless NWW's prices were way off the board, which they are not. And even then, I would still consider paying a premium for the added customer service and a CEO that cares about his customers. I know the holidays were a fiasco, but then again, alot of other companies ran into snags as well, but I don't see their CEO stepping up to the plate and apologizing for something that was really out of his control. I said it once and I'll say it again. THAT TAKES SOME SET OF STONES!!! Bravo, Chris.

Chris, just another post to say how happy I am with NWW, its been so smooth. I have enough pain without having to worry about my pain meds. all i can say is NWW Rawks!!, heh. keep up the good work, oh yeah chris, one more thing, when i fax my medical records in ,should i fax in a photo id too
