>>I agree with you on the surcharge refund. But I find it really strange that a person of your smarts would not demand a receipt each time. I find it even stranger that you HAVE to demand a receipt. I thought pharmacies were required to issue a receipt along with instructions about the specific medication. So what's up with not raising a fuss over all the receipts they never sent you? Couldn't have bothered you too much. You kept doing business with them. Just curious. I'd want one for sure every time>>
Good question. Me bad!!
For the year or so I have done business with them, the amount has always been around the same so I never really questioned it. Same meds, same price- give or take...
On the other hand, no customer should ever HAVE to ask for a reciept when they purchase goods and services- it's usually a "given". I have friends who do business with some of the other OP's/pharmacies and from what I'm told, most get reciepts. IT'S JUST GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
No customer using ANY redit card should have to absorb THEIR costs and No cutomer should get lame excuses and lies from someone they've given thousands of dollars to.
Thank goodness we have a CHOICE and when my refills are finished- I will never, ever give my money to them again and will make sure others know about it! Buyer beware!

Shoot, around either Christmas or New Years, my refill fell on a 'bad day' and I tried to call it in on the 24th day (when I understood it to be 25 days) - and all I got from United was "we can't refill EARLY without the DOCTOR calling it in!" so I had to wait days to call it in. Ticked me off...
Guess they changed policy since then. I know I'll try it out next time around at 23 days!
