I placed an order with these folks, over 12 days ago, I have sent e-mails asking about the status of my order.
Nobody even bothers to answer my emails....Are they a rip off?
Whats the deal?

Duuuuude, 12 days is nothin... I usually put it outta my mind until at least 20 days, then i start to ponder on it.. u gotta relax. they do the best they can, but on average its 14 to 25 days.... so please... chill .. (no disrespect intended of course)... but wait till about day 24 or so, then start the inquiry.... K?

Since I placed my order (and get charged) I have been waiting 15 days, and my order is not even shipped yet!
It is ok to wait a couple of weeks before recieving your order in your mailbox, but its NOT ok that it should take weeks before they even send your stuff. When I have asked when its gonna be shipped I just get answers like "soon" "Im waiting from a mail from the shipping department" etc.
If they dont have the meds in stock or something, I would prefer they could say it to me..
When I order from other IOP:s , like Pharm88, Clickdrugstore etc - my orders are immediately shipped after order. From Pharm88 to Europe it takes one week from ordering to recieving. From Healthylifemeds it takes three weeks. Here its seems to take a WERY long time..

 AllI can say is I placed 2orders,got e-mails 2weeks ago saying they were shipped,andI havengotten doodlysquat fromthem.they were qoick enough to take my money,though.If they advertise 5-10 day delivery,that is what they should do !cbowman

Today (saturday) i get a mail stating that my order is shipped. Hope this is true  If so - i would recieve it next week or so

I completely agree with Luv714. Shipping times vary according to country of origin and stock on hand. I waited for my first IOP order for 23 days. Yeah, I was starting to worry after the 20th day but my pkg arrived intact with good product in blister packs and a 2007 exp date. My advice is that if you can't be patient, order a larger quantity and reorder before you have taken that last dose. Boy Scouts motto "Be prepared". Stock up, know your usage.

this is generally speaking (as an answer to the poster above) not directed to ourrx4less .
Why should you accept to wait longer than necessary?
If you order from XXX and recieve in one week,
and if you order from YYYY and recieve in 8 weeks:
dont you think the most customers chose to deal with XXX in the future?
I dont get the your talk about that there is something wrong with you if you dont have "patience" to wait. I have read similar posts before and do not really get it. Capitalism is the customers world of choice, not the salesmens. If customers feel that delivery takes too long, then the buisness have to improve.

No offense intended but living in the USA as I do generally makes the delivery time longer....24 days has been the longest I have had to wait...I found that acceptable considering the $$ I saved on shipping and price of the product. I would rather wait a little longer to get good pricing, responses to email inquiries and sometimes free shipping.

I can state for a fact that this place delivers. Sometimes, they run low on stock and need to split their deliveries. Mine was split in to three different shipments. One I received last week. That was about 40 days after I ordered (this included the two week Christmas holiday). One I received on Friday. One has been told to me has been shipped. Everytime they have sent me a mail that my order has been shipped, eight days later, it is here.
I ENITIRELY understand about the anxiousness of waiting when you are running low on meds. However, plan it out .. figure out a good schedule for yourself and you'll be in better shape.
I can report my personal experience that this place DELIVERS PRODUCT. No, you don't click the mouse and by the time your finger comes up your doorbell is ringing with the Fed-Ex man there with that order .. but .. they are not scammers. And they work with you to make sure you get what you paid for. That's really all you can ask for in the IOP world.

I will request that the office which shipped your product send me a scanned copy of the presription which I will email to you.
We have not equipped that office with a scanner but I am sure that they can get to one close by and have it scanned.
That should help you to know that the prescription was written and filled.

Just an update. Ordered 1/7. E-mailed that order was shipped 1/26. Received 2/3. Everything was there, in blister packs, expiration 2005. Quite satisfied! Would definitely use them again. Just make sure if you need anything right away, you order far enough in advance.

Actually the FAR in advance has been resolved. We had an issue at Christmas when the Post Office closed for two weeks which put us behind. We are now caught up.
We are also shipping from a second pharmacy we have bought in another part of Europe for certain items (Xanax, Diazepam, etc.) where we do not have to wait for a prescription to be signed by the doctor.
We also ship from a pharmacy in which we have invested in Asia on a few items.
We will never be caught as we were at Christmas with our pants down again! We are here to serve and that means resolving issues and making things work better for you: the customer.
