YOD 2nd Consult

I have a question about a 2nd consult with YOD. Do I need to send my records again? Is it another $120? Thanks for the help.

Hi,
If your records are less than a year old you do not have to resend them. If you do have any updated info on your condition it is always good to fax them so they can be informed of any changes.
You need to only send the shipping and info page. I think it's page 7and 8 ???
The cost of consultation is only $90 if you are a VIP member. The $30 off will almost pay for your membership here at DB!!!
There maybe a discount for free members, I'm not sure if that is still in effect... Poco
