Hi,,, do you mean that you 'missed' the Dr.'s call? If so, call NWW customer service and tell them that you missed the call because you didn't receive email giving you the time for consult. They will probably ask your name/info etc. and quite possibly dispatch you to Dr. for consult. You can feel safe, NWW is very professional, and will help you, lastyls

The same thing happened to me! I simply called Kimberly at NWW and she immediately set up a new consult time for the doctor and I. As long as NWW is made aware of the problem, they are more than happy to fix it for you. Just call em' up and explain the situation. Now that Chris (NWW CEO) is here on DB daily, NWW has taken a very proactive approach to tele-medicine and customer service, unlike alot of the others companies which are more or less re-active (and that's only half of the time, most of the time they don't react at all) So to Chris and NWW, keep up the good work!

He probably called you before your e-mail even was sent out. We are trying to stay ahead this time.

One of my friends (yes a real friend not me!) just had a consult with NWW and was told that they are not yet prescribing the #120 count and she only got #90. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
If it is true, NWW, can you give us the "real" date of when you are going to prescribe the 120s?
Thanks,

I just had my 2nd consult this morning. The PA called right on time, and had no problems with prescribing me the 120 ct. Now I wish I would receive the Watsons! Oh-well, will post tomorrow on what kind I received!

Hi Chris,
I have been reading all your responses to people on this board and am so impressed by your customer service! I just received an email from you guys telling me it's time for my refill, but when I click on the "refill" button the page comes up with bright red letters saying "Invalid Prescription Data" and there is no information to click on for the refill. I have done business with your company for a long time and have never had this happen before. What does that mean and what should I do? I tried emailing NWW yesterday and also posting this same question under another thread but haven't yet received a reply. Can you help me?
Thanks,
basenji

Hi Chris,
This may be a repeat message and if it is, I apologize. But I needed to ask you a question and I tried emailing NWW and also posting a message to you yesterday (under another thread) and haven't heard anything yet, so I thought I would try this one since it shows you have been on this one today.
I received an email on Sunday saying it was time for my refill, but when I click on the "refill" button, the page comes up with bright red letters at the top that say "Invalid Prescription Data" and there is no information to click on to request the refill. I am not sure what that means and what to do.
I have dealt with NWW for a very long time and have never had anything like this happen. Can you help me?
Thank you,
basenji
