Away from the comp for a few days and look what happens...
I did not expect the cruelty that I recieved after posting what I did...
uneducated...some immature definition of "platinum" (newsflash: that's not my real name)...being accused of having a "buzz", being uncompassionate, and making "questionnable" posts...
and with all that, only ONE person had the decency to pm me on how how they felt about my post rather than just posting their opinion (seems maybe those ppl were more concerned about the approval of others rather than letting ME know how they felt).
I figured you would've understood what I meant by "the customer's fault", but evidentally I didn't explain it as thoroughly as I should have (and I DO apologize for that).

I was referring to those (customers) who had never in the past used any OP rather than the no-requirement OPs because they didn't have any diagnosis to back up their complaint (better put it nicely), but when they had no where else to turn to and found out that they may be able to "get away with some things" at NWW, they made a stampede...
as the new customers came piling in, they (NWW/St. Pete's) were a little in over their heads...then came the holidays, which made it even more stressful on them.
Do I believe it is their(the customer's) fault? Absolutely...I have to wait on my meds because people who have no legit need for them are holding up the line...
Uncompassionate? Never...I just have compassion for not only myself & fellow chronic pain sufferers, but other people in this world as well.
Copping a buzz? Please. I waited for a year & a half (in pain) before I ever paid the doctor a visit...hoping it would magically go away because I did not want to be dependent on ANY type of medication.
Uneducated? Well, as far as "pharmacy watching" goes, I run my own board, belong to 4 others (a vet at the majority), have a a few years of my own personal experience with OPs, and always keep in close contact with any company that I'm doing business with (can't be naive), so I think it's safe to say that I know what I'm talking about.
Now, at the same time, I'm also a very outspoken person...I say what I mean and mean what I say...some people love that about me, some people despise it...guess it all depends on the type of person they are.
Am I going to let immature, misery-filled, retorts cause me to leave a board (which I'm sure some of those ppl who replied to my post are hoping I would do in response to their childish antics), absolutely not...I'm just not that insecure...not only that, there are many people who do appreciate my insight and experience and I will continue to be COMPASSIONATE toward them. I'm not here for a popularity contest, flaming, or anything of the sort. I'm here to help others, learn a few things myself, and that's IT.
While I'm here, let me add (just so my words don't get picked through once again)...
Am I saying that it is ALL customer's fault? NO
Am I saying that EVERYONE who used no-requirement OPs is a recreational user? Absolutely not, I used them myself...they happened to be very convenient at times.

Anyways...now that I've said what I needed to say, I'm gonna move on...I hope you do the same...
God Bless.

I looked through 17 pages before I gave up and asked.

Thanks, but BTW, they sent my meds so fast I didn't even need to call.

Got next day delivery, even by choosing second day.

Took less than 19 hours total :P

Seems like there are still worries about NWW. I ordered my refill Sunday 1-11 and was shipped on 1-12, delivered on 1-13. So all seems well. It was apparently (according to one poster) that they had financial issues with St. Petes, but that is all cleared up now, so orders should go thru just fine.

NWW is definitely back on track. It WAS the pharmacy, they ran out of our meds....plain and simple. I may have been a little rough on NWW last month, and for that I apologize. It was just frustrating to be out of meds and in pain. Since that fiasco, NWW has been very helpful and supportive. They are still the best, though I've only used one other OP in the past...even that says alot. As for some comments here regarding people who flocked to NWW because they could get some meds without records...They DO require records! And I have them, lot's of them. I personally don't judge anyone that has to go to a no-record OP..but I'm glad that I found one that requires them...that does such a great job. I'm not going to sit here at this computer and judge anyone for why or how they get their meds. I'd just rather do it the most legit way that I can. Maybe some people cannot find or have access to their records, maybe they have no records because they can't get health insurance and can't go to the doctor, and they are just suffering, period. Then, yes, there are those who just want the meds to get high! But I guarantee that 99.9 percent (if not 100 percent) of the people using this forum are not buying meds for kicks! Or they wouldn't be taking the time to post, and help people find a way to live painfree. Why would a person that was high bother to post on this forum anyway? HMMMM...Take care and have a painfree day!

Does anyone know if st.petes carries the mallies, honeslty if they do I would rather them, than the ables,I find the ables to be weak, and I have no problems with the mallies, and I still have plenty of ables left,so I don't want anymore,I will save them for emergencies,so I still don't want to order if I am going to get them again,anyone.. thanx..

Hi Chris,
I don't know if this is the right forum to ask you this question, but I received an email from you guys saying I am due for a refill and when I click on the "refill" button it comes up in red saying "Invalid Prescription Data". I have never had that happen before and am wondering what I should do. Would you like to PM me, or maybe I should have pm'd you. I just saw all these posts and read how much you have helped everyone, so I thought I would try it.

Thanks so much,
basenji
