I have been trying to get in touch with St. Peter's Apothecary to see when my refill is due and to process it ALL day and either I get a busy signal or it just rings and rings and then it goes busy. Does anyone know what's up with that? UGH!!

Hi-
Are you using St Petes through NWW? If so, give NWW a call and tell them you can't get through to the pharmacy and one of their csr svc reps will get through for you. Also if you are using them through NWW you can check your members section and it will tell you when you are due for a refill.
I know NWW is not the only op that uses St Petes, so if it's not NWW than give your op a call and again, they should be able to either get through for you, or tell you themselves when you are due for a refill. The time frame for most ops is usually between 23-25 days from your last refill or initial consultation.
I hope this helps-Good luck

Can't you order your refills thru the St. Peter's website? It might be easier that way than dealing with that busy signal all day. (Nothing irritates me more!)

There is a thread that lists their phone number, I believe. Another option is you could PM Chris. That has worked for others on this board.

Chris,
You are on top of things.
I'll be using your service just as soon as my current refills are utilized.
I'm very impressed

Chris - you are amazing! When it's time for me to look for a new op it will MOST definately be NWW. A couple of months ago there is NO way I would have said that! I am just so impressed by all that you are doing to help everyone here.

Not I, the CS team; the girls are doing an amazing job, in my opinion.

I thought I remember reading somewhere that NWW members would be given a choice of pharmacies?? I was disapointed to hear from the DR. whom gave my consult through NWW, that they are only using ST. Peters. I know I have read a lot of complaints about them before, but would like to hear from people whom have any experiences more recently. I know many here have dealt with them so lets hear! Hows the quality of their Meds?? I have found meds vary greatly from these places.. Any info would be appreciated!

Vic when I used NWW/St. Pete's I was very pleased with them. I was never shorted and they were always very fresh. It is true, you cannot contact St. Pete's on the phone nor via their website, you just order through NWW. I always got an email about a week before my refill was due, had no problems what so ever. I liked St. Pete's and would use them again. I read some posts that NWW had several new doctors on board, but I don't recall seeing they were going to use a new pharmacy? Anyway, there's my 2 cents, I would recommend them to anyone but I never had any problems with them.

#90 ordered, only received #75 from St. Petes. They must have a thief for a tech.

This is a very strong allegation:
My mother always said, You get more using sugar, not vinegar. You send me a PM, I answered you, suggested a way to get the problem fixed, and now this? If you just want to blast, dont send me a PM. There is nothing we can do yet; it is the weekend.
By the way, the number shorted from your order has changed. Your PM indicates a different amount; we should probably get that straight before doing anything.
