From my other thread about NWW having credit card problems, i posted about how i was having trouble with norco's website and their customer service. Well, the card still didn't go through, BUT, i would like to tell everybody how chris went out of his way to help me.
ok, Chris and i have been e-mailing each other all day, and he went totally out of his way to help me, all while dealing with my stressed out, irate, and probally 'rude' self.
this is what has happened with me and my girlfriend for the past 7 days.
To make a long story short, my girlfriend has a 5.81 x 4.21 ovarian cyst in her left ovary and as a result, she is in extreem pain.
The doctors we have dealt with were horrible, they made my girlfriend feel like she was a drug addict just because she had to have her meds to sit up, to eat, and to sleep. Every second of the day since last friday (jan 23) it has been a struggle with the doctors for vicodin (they would do everything from giving her a script of 4 pills, to giving her naproxin instread of vicodin and 'hoping' she wouldn't notice).
All of these shaddy tatics while she has a 5.81 x 4.21 ovarian cyst in her left ovary.
All this, of course, left us very tired, cranky, and unpatient.
Chris made today a little brighter and gave us one less thing to worry about.
So today, everything worked out ok, her doctors made an appointment for surgery on monday, and gave her 30 vicoprofen to hold her this weekend.
again, I would like the thank him in public for his help. Remember guys, (and i'm guilty of this too) we sometimes get mad because of our late packages and unanswered e-mails, but remember what the alternative is: HORRIBLE uncaring doctors, and gossipy/judgmental nurses that love to play 20 questions with a 'holy-er than thou' glare.

I know, I got a little upset, and confused last month, and I would like to apologize for that, to NWW. They have bent over backwards to help a lot of people that are in pain...So here's to NWW for their hard work and willingness to put up with all of us pain sufferers...Thanks!

OMG FOOGOOG I KNOW TOO WELL WHAT YOUR GIRLFRIEND IS GOING THOUGH! This past year I had an 11 centimeter cyst on my ovary and thought I was going to die from the pain! Luckily my OBGYN (2nd dr, the first one I FIRED!! The 1st one basically told me that I was looking for drugs and these cysts were common! Mind you this cyst was 11 centimeters BIG! She gave me CELEBREX!!!!) I RAN to a different doctor and was in surgery within 3 days. Please find a dr that will listen. Its VERY VERY Hard to find one but its your body,. and SURGERY NONE THE LESS!
GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR GIRLFRIEND AND MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO HER!!!

There should be more men in the world willing to stand by their woman when she's suffering, Alot of guys I know would just cut and run. And NO I AM NOT A MAN BASHER, as a matter of fact to a certain degree I love all of them that I know. I just direspect the men who run when the going gets tough. Anyway, you'll find that dealing with Chris at NWW is the best route to take. This man is the 100% real deal and will help you with all of the resources he has!!!!!! I truly truly hope your girl gets better soon and I commend you for being there for her

We are sending Angela and Kimberly to St. Petes next week. Why? So we know exactly how they process our med orders. They will sit with the techs, take calls, process refills, etc....
Here is the good news; We will have more information, to better serve you. Here is the bad; without them, I will probably answer every question incorrectly.
