credit card problems with Norcoworldwide AGAIN?

Ok, my girlfriend is in extreem pain due to ovarian cysts that have shown up. One is 5.8cm in size. Her doctors are being horrible about giving her the pain meds she needs to get to sleep, so i suggest norco (since i've had good experience with them).
She tried 7 times to order a consult with a discover card and it was declined. She had 500 dollars of extra credit on this card. She even called discover and they told her that they DIDN'T EVEN SEE a transaction that was declined.
She then called norco this morning and they were VERY rude to her, hung up on her once (don't know if that was an accident or not), and told her basically to 'get a new card'.
I am EXTREEMLY mad at norco, and i will NOT be using them again...i have renewed 3 times with them and never have i had as much problems as she and i had.

Maybe they don't accept Discover cards? Have you thought about that?

Definately pm Chris,He'll take care of the problem and make it go away like it never happened. He really does care and show a personal interest in all of us , so I can pretty much gaurentee that this will cleared up in NO TIME!!!

just to let all know chris from nww who has been very active on the boards has kept his word and made up for the new years delivery fiasco. there was a small glitch in the refill but it had to do with who else st petes and not nww. i think we all can say we really appreciate him reading our posts and promptly setting any issues straight. thanks again chris.

there is no reason for them to act rudely on the phone. Even if your girlfriend had made a mistake (which is not the case here!). Just no call for the rudeness at all.
Call me oldfashioned..

I've had the EXACT problem all week. I tried 3 times to order and each time , after I submitted my cc info, I would go back to the same page I just filled out.

I emailed NWW. They said to call them (and ask for Kristi). I've called and sat on hold for up to 45 minutes. No one even picks up. I even sent follow up emails and asked if there's any way I can actually talk to a person. They sent the same email, with the same number. Bogus. I'm sure some people get their orders but it's simply not worth the hassle.

BTW I've simultaneously tried the same thing with Buymeds all week. Identical problem order doesn't go through. Forms are messed up. They however did manage to charge my cc for $165 and kick back emails that they have no record of an order! I got someone from there on the phone today and he assured me that "that's just standard procedure to put a hold on the funds." Funny how they can't seem to find any record of my order but they sure managed to run that charge! BS.

Are there ANY LEGIT OP's left?! I know there's a bunch that will take you with records. I don't have any though. God, 6 months ago I got orders from Tropical & Uspharmacyrx without ANY incedence. Now these 2 big ones have everyone over a barrel.

(sigh)

Just wanted to follow up that NWW TOTALLY got it together for me. They processed my consultation, called today and approved my order. On top of that the Dr. informed me of the new 120ct Lortabs! Thank you NWW.
