PHARMAGROUP Problems!
      #81838 - 06/11/03 12:29 AM

I ordered and received shipment date of 4/22. I haven't received!!! I would like to believe it's my location...Ohio. Has anyone in the area or close received an order within the same time frame? I've read alot of negative feedback on pharmagroup not delivering. I guess I'm just grasping for that last straw of hope.

I don't know for sure, but I tend to think it was a problem with their remailer. It seems like a lot of people who ordered around that time frame, myself included, never received their orders. Since that "problem period," it seems like people are now getting their orders. I don't beleive that I will try ordering from them again, though. And that stinks because I was a loyal customer for 2 years.

I also ordered around the middle of April. Nothing, nada, zilch. This is the first one not to arrive and also the last order I will place with them. Not because it didn't arrive but because they refuse to answer my emails with anything except form letters.

I've been waiting (actually have given up) on an order with a final dispatch date of 3-27. I'm in KY. This is my last order with these folks.

I had several good transactions with them earlier this year -- 3-4 week turn-around each time. With Paypal upheaval about one month ago, I think they are now scrambling to reorg. Hopefully they will return OK, but I'd avoid them until they have new payment transaction methodology in place. Money Order is less than optimal.

My order was payed via paypal about 2 weeks before the seperation of the 2 and final dispatch was 4-28-03 and I still have not received my order;I think there's more problems than just the PayPal issue;Personally "I would not Use them" there are other Op's to use that are cranking em out.

AND AFTER 45 DAYS THEY WANT MORE OF YOUR MONEY,THIS IS WHAT THEY PROPOSED TO ME:Dear Client,

With reference to Your shipment.
We are sorry to hear Your order has still not been delivered after a period of 9 weeks (45 working days) from dispatchment date.

Since the requested method of shipment - 'Regular Shipment' is not a traceable shipment service, we have no definite possibility to find out the exact status of the shipment. If Your order has suffered any delays due to customs inspection, an acknowledgement or any other notice from Your customs agency should normally be sent out within 2-3 weeks after confiscation date (even though it has in several cases taken up to 4 weeks and more for certain customs agencies to confirm), or part of the order not containing any controlled substances should be released for delivery.

If the shipment becomes confiscated and You do not receive a notification, please bear in mind that customs does not always issue notifications due to high costs of sending thousands per month, and in certain cases where prohibited substances have been imported. To verify the shipment has been confiscated after the 45-day period, You may need to contact customs directly.

We could at this point, offer You a reshipment of Your full order (despite of our regular policy and what is stated in our disclaimer) at the additional charge of 50 % of the original order amount. The reshipment would be sent through another shipping point, meaning the package would be coming from another country and entering the final destination country through another customs area than Your original order. In most of the cases a second shipment, dispatched another date and through another shipping point, eliminates the factor that made the original order be detained and/or confiscated in the first place.
Another solution we could offer You, is to reship *30% (an estimated one third) of Your original order at the only cost of S&H-charges. This way You would not have to face any further expenses, than those minimal for a reshipment.
*only available if order can be divided.

Please, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service should You have any further questions regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

Customer Service

I had the exact experience with PharmaGroup... My order never arrived and they offered the same 50% or 30% reship deal. I have not yet decided whether or not I will give them another try.
Cheers

Pharmagroup was the very first place I received an order from about 5 years ago. I remember it took too long, though, so I never ordered again. Looks like I didn't miss a thing.

I ordered 4/22 and no package. I sent dozens of emails, finally got the standard reply of offering to ship again and paying 70% of order. So I said okay what do I need to do... they never responded, I asked again, got the automatic reply. I answered asking how to go about this... no reply. Very frustrating...

I don't understand why they aren't on the blacklist with so many orders not received and complaints.

I ordered from them for the first time on 1/17/03 and never received my order. My emails were always answered with a form letter even though I requested personal help and waited 45 days. Terrible company.

I agree they should be on the blacklist and/or have a warning posted because they are flat out refusing to honor orders (mostly ordered in april..AND..coincidently? right before they were cut off from paypal). And I'm sorry but I'm not falling for the seizure BS, nor Pharmagroup saying that customs doesn't always send letters! A reply like that would be nothing more than an outright insult to my intelligence!! I think they should receive a warning notice to honor the orders that THEY HAVE NOT ACTUALLY SENT BUT SAID THEY DID! Too many of us have not received our orders or a love letter (not that I want the latter) for their "excuses" to even be considered legit! I've seen where other members are receiving orders but Pharmagroup is not stupid, they know if the complaints continued over a period of time that they would be blacklisted! But how long before they decide to NOT DELIVER again? IF THEY ARE TRULY A LEGITIMATE OP THEY WOULD PROVE IT by honoring our orders. I would be the first to post...even scream it...if I received mine. Sorry this hasn't been too "charming" but I have a hard time tolerating dishonest people.

I think they're struggling to stay in biz after Paypal upheaval. I was 4/4 with them this year, before PP explosion. Also, I was lucky in that order number five was rejected by Paypal, so I'm out nothing but a very good vendor. Still, I'd give them some slack and let them arrange another Credit Card payment service. Their shipments were very discrete. I think they'll be back in a quality way soon.

I ordered from them a couple of years ago and never had a problem, just took nearly a month to arrive. That would be my only complaint...other than that my order arrived discreetly and professionally.Than again, that was a couple of years ago.

It doesn't make sense to me if they are "struggling to stay in business", that they wouldn't want to keep their customers coming back versus losing them by not delivering. When it comes to ordering from them again... I'll refer to the old saying: "Fool me once, Shame on you, Fool me twice, Shame on me!"

some hearty soul should copy these pages and keep them for each new set of members to let them know : 1. order time is better now than ever, 45 days use to be the norm. 2. they come and they go: i have ordered from PG when they WERE on blacklist and when not and the chances are the same. if you play here you are going to lose sometimes, it goes with the territory. 3. there seems to be no way to tell what causes things to go as they do, Forget logic! 4. Just keep surfing and staying current. The market has gotten to be some really serious money, really serious and more and more well known. I saw figures the other day on 3 years ago how many computers were owned around the world wide web. father holtz

1) I just saw on the "Codeine w/Updates" thread that says that Pharmagroup now takes only moneyorders.
2) Not to excuse Pharmagroup but the fault may lie in PayPal equally. A few months ago, I paid for a Pharmagroup order by Paypal, getting "verified" at the same time, and although my screen happily said "You've completed your transaction, the money has been sent!!"(like I'd just found a cure for cancer), Pharmagroup never got the money. I tried to find out what happened from PayPal through many e-mails and all I got was a big fat runaround. Plus, PayPal does a lot of false promises and outright lies. When I asked (about "verified") if they would ever take money out of my checking account without my permission, they said "Absolutely NOT!" When I asked if I could still use my credit card, they said "Of course!". Well, my first "verified" transaction was taken directly out of my checking account instead of my credit card! So, PayPal is not to be trusted at all.
3) What was it that happened about a month ago that was referred to as a "PayPal shakeup"? I haven't heard. (not that I use them anymore)
4) I've used PG in the past and it was very reliable then. I haven't used PG since they ran out of codesian a few months ago and I found a much cheaper OP that takes CCs.

PG looks like a place to stay away from now. Thanks for the warnings.

Didn't Paypal start refusing to process payments for a number of IOP's? Like Pharmagroup and Pharmatico? That was my understanding. There are alternative pay systems, like evocash, but they aren't as easy to navigate as paypal. (I registered for evocash to pay for a Pharmatico order, but I never figured out how to fund my account.)

By the way it's not only IOPs that are having paypal trouble. Check out this site RIGHT HERE for some scary paypal stories.

There was a big paypal scam going around where people were giving their personal info to a site the looked like paypal but wasn't. Very scary and tragic indeed!

anyone have any experience in the new year ordering DHC from this OP? I thought they might have gotten there act together by now. It lists DHC 60mg. which seems to be getting rather rare lately.
