Hello everyone, this is my first post, so I hope I am doing this right, if I am not, my apoligies to the Mods and Admins. Well, it seems as if I let some things get out of control and I need to do a detox from opiates. I won't get into detail, but I need help on this one, and I wanted to get on Bupe. Due to current regulations however, this is not possible in my area, so I was looking at going on Methadone. Frankly, that thought scares me, so I have been searching for a place to get some Bupe on my own. I read some good reviews from you all clickdrugstore.com, and they carry temgesic, one of the few 'pain meds' that they carry, and that is good. It is good because we all know that 99% of the sites that offer CIII or CII meds are just looking to take your money, so I feel as comfortable as I can with these guys. I also appreciate the discreate packing that they seem to use. Am I correct in assuming I will have to sign for the package? That is no big deal really, as I deseperatly need these meds to get off my DOC, and I would prefer they know it is me versus just dropping it off. Do any of you know about how long I might wait for delivery, as I am very anxious to get the meds. Any replies are apprecaited, thanks for listening.

Should take about two weeks. I've had great success with CLICK. I had to sign every time but a friend of mine did not have to sign on his one and only order.

Thanks for the replies from both of you, I am glad you guys had good experiences with these folks. I just checked my e-mail and it looks like everything is in order. They said it will take between 12-15 days to arrive, so two weeks sounds about right. And I will make sure to post how this works out. Now all I have to do is read everything on Bupe I can find, and plan a taper schedule, and stick with it! Peace y'all.

Excuse my ignorance but what are Bupe. The reason that I want to know is that I'm in a similar situation and might have to do something.

"Bupe" is short for buprenorphine, sometimes known as buprenex, sometimes known as suboxone, sometimes known as temgesic, depending on which country you are in, the specific formulation, and the intended method of delivery.
Temgesic, for example, is to be taken sublingually, you let the pill dissolve under your tongue. Buprenex comes in ampules that you inject with a needle, usually IM but also IV is possible.
Suboxone is reported to contain Naltrexone, an opiate blocker. (Stay away from Naltrexone unless you have been off opiates COMPLETELY for four days. If there are any opiates in your system the Naltrexone will precipitate immediate and painful withdrawl. )
My only experience was with Buprenex, which I discontinued due to dislike of needles.

if you gonna use bup to get off an opiate addiction dont you have to use the stronger "Subutex" instead? temgesic is 0,2 mg and subutex, wich is used like methadone to threat heroine addiction is 4 - 8 mg. thats a difference! you maybe have to take a lot of temgesic to come up to 4 mh or whatever is effective if you are opiate tolerant

Thanks for the breakdown on the names of Bupe there is depending on the country, or the type. I ordered the .2mg sublingual tabs, brand name, Temgesic. I have been taking Opium by mouth, and it causes awful WD's, not quite the intensity of Herion but much longer in duration. The good thing is that the auctual amount of Morphine and Codeine is quite low in Opium, it feels strong due to the combination of some 40 alkaloids that make it up, so I will probably only need to use 1mg or less as I am tapering right now, so the switch over should be relativily painless. I also talked to someone who was doing the same thing I am and he said he snorted the Temgesic, because it worked better and quicker that way. Better bioavailibilty I believe then even sublingual. Noramlly you might use anywhere from 8-32mg of Subutex to make the switch from different opiates. I also heard of a guy who uses 55mg of oral Methadone and wanted to switch to Bupe, and he used 1.2mg and that held him fine for 36 hours he said, so this stuff is still plenty strong. I am aware that I also should wait 24 hours before dosing as this will 'kick' any other opies off the receptors and put you in WD's if you take it too soon. You are supposed to be in WD's before you take it. Due to the long duration, 24-36 hours, of Opium taken by mouth, I think I need to wait 30-36 hours just to be safe. I know I can't go any more than about 40 hours or the pain is too great.

I have two types of experience here:
(1) a close family member, who was treated with buph IM for H detox - very effective over about 7 days, if you can find program to do it. My experience was ~$600/day for residential treatment in a 12-step oriented program. Doses started at 8mg/day and tapered. Whole experience was sleezy, run by "ex-dope" fiends, not a success.
(2) Temgesic SL (as from Click) to treat more minor problem from overdoing opioids (DHC, hydro). 0.2mg SL's are quite effective in this case, but make you sleepy - not like 'up' DHC or hydro. 2-3 Temegesic SL a day will resolve minor opioid habits in 3-4 days with minimal discomfort. If you're like "dittohead#1" and doing 500mg of Oxy/day it probably won't help much.

I appreciate hearing about your experiences, that auctually helps, as every little bit of info I get from people who know firsthand convinces me I can do it too. Thanks bro. Thanks for replying to LS, you all seem to be a freindly bunch. I got the e-mail confirm from shipping, and one e-mail I received asked me to let the place know when I got my package. Is that normal? Ever heard of it before? I have no problem doing it as they shipped my order about 24 hours after I ordered, so I know they are on top of it.

That's normal, they probabally just want to know the average delivery time. This is a good company, and the Bupe is real Schering Tems, and work very well. However, they did make me nod out a little bit when I first started them.

His mailing method is probably the reason you can count on getting your meds within 10 days consistently. I don't care much for signing for my order but it is sure worth it for the speedy reliable delivery. I received my temgesic order today. Took exactly 10 days from order date.
I've been taking 10 to 15 megs of hydro per day for the past 2 months and was tempted to take more especially when I stopped feeling them. The pain is gone but I think i developed some dependence. I'm hoping the tems will ease it as I don't plan any more hydro use.

Thanks for posting some more on this guys, it really helps to ease my mind that the meds will be here soon. It might take a couple of days longer though then origionally intended, becuause I just moved and put in my chage of address slip on Friday past. I sent an e-mail to the company telling them that I wanted to change the shipping address, and then they sent one back telling me to give them the change, but after I sent it, I got another e-mail telling me my order had been shipped already. I can't blame them for being prompt, so I just thanked them anyway, and gave them my new address for future reference.
And wow rago, you were only up to 10-15mg a day of Hydro for two months and you are using Bupe to taper? I think that is a waste man, you could easily step off that low a dose and not have anything to worry about, especially if it has just been two months. Oh well, I suppose I don't know your body, do what you will.

Just some quick info for any Canadian members that are considering ordering from Clickdrugstore.com. I just received this reply from Click about shipping to Canada:
We have been shipped several to canadian customers but few have been seized since they are more strict than US making us reship their order. Thus, we desire not to ship to canada to avoid any customs problems.
Just your information, there are some of our canada customers ask us to ship to their US freind and take it from them instead.
Darn it all!! Now with AccessMeds out of business, I've lost my only reliable source for thyroid and anxiety meds. I thought I'd give Click a try with all the good feedback but I guess I'm S.O.L. Anybody have a reliable source for thyroid and anxiety meds that doesn't ship from Thailand? Thanks, any help is much appreciated!

Click recently removed their Roche brand Vs & said they can not sell them anymore. I've only ever ordered brand name meds from them. Can anyone tell me what brand generic Vs they are carrying right now and how they compare to roche? Feel free to PM me with suggestions for an alternative IOP for branded roches.
